SPORT FACILITIES May we remind you that the Sport Facilities are open the use of all residents in the Resort, providing their fees are up to date.

The facilities must be reserved one day in advance and you can make reservation at the Security hut in the secondary access from 8:00 till 22:00 h or phoning 673 007 219.

PEST CONTROL With regards to the treatments against mosquitoes, which will be carried out by the company Control Natural de Plagas in Roda Golf & Beach Resort in 2015, please find below the chart with the dates:

The treatments will be done from 1:00 am to 6:00 am, and it will always be on a Friday night, early Saturday based on the dates above. We would appreciate if you could follow the recommendations below, so that the treatment can be carried out as safely and efficient as possible.

Keep all doors and windows closed during the interval of treatment: 1:00 am to 6:00 am.

Act with caution when driving through the complex during the interval of treatment.

The product that is being used for treatment can irritate eyes and skin, if is possible, please do not walk through the areas that are being treated.

Once the fumigation process has took place it is safe to allow animals, pets, to graze on areas affected.

Last Thursday, CONTROL NATURAL, pest control company were undertaking the annual spraying of the sewerage network against cockroaches.

SECURITY AND GENERAL MAINTENANCE Last Friday, an owner advised that someone had disposed of household goods by the garbage containers. we would appreciate that any time you need to

dispose of Goods and Chattels, you previously contact the service of Household goods collection of San Javier Council which will indicate the day when the goods can be placed by the containers. Thank you for your cooperation.

Last Friday, Informative panels were posted to the sport facilities.

Last Tuesday, Security reported that there was a problem with electric supply of the sport facilities since the previous night. After discarding a problem in the electric installation, the incidence was reported to the Supplier which resumed the service that same day. Last Wednesday, a resident reported water overflowing a sewer in phase 3B. The maintenance company checked the problem detecting a blockage due to a big

amount of sanitary towels. A cuba unblocked the sewer that same day. In order to prevent damages and inconveniences derived from a blockage and to avoid extra expenses to the Community, we would appreciate that you refrain from throwing sanitary towels to the toilets. Thank you.
