New Web Interface Look - Alexian

We will be soon moving to a new web interface server for Citrix access. The URL will remain the same meditech.alexian.net OR connect.alexian.net, but the look will be different (see Figure 1).

Figure 1

You will log in with your Alexian AD credentials. You do not need to add Alexian in front of your AD account (i.e. Alexian\annietest). Once you have entered your user name and password, click on Log On.

Once your log on goes through and your credentials get authorized, you will be presented with your applications (see Figure 2).

Figure 2

You may see multiple tabs on the top of the page depending on what your access is. All of your applications will be listed under the applications tab. If your applications are stored in folders (most are not), then you will see a folder under your application tab. Click on it to open it and the applications will be listed. If you have access to desktops, you will find a tab labeled Desktops. Click on this to find the desktop you need to access. This is also based upon your credentials. There are now multiple ways to see your icons / applications.

Figure 3

Click on the Select View button (see Figure 3) to bring out a drop down of your options (See Figure 4).

Client Detection and Installation:

If the system finds that you do not have the proper client on your machine, you will be told to install the client (see Figure 12).

Figure 12

If you decide not to install the client when prompted, it will let you know that it still cannot find it on your machine (see Figure 13).
