Registration The event is free (a contribution to IAMSR of £15/20 Euro is suggested). Refreshments and lunch will be provided on behalf of the CSS. If you have not registered for the event yet, we would like to ask you to register online: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/religion-work-tickets-19331735742 Travel Information By train If you travel by train, there are direct connections from London Kings Cross Station or Manchester Piccadilly Station to Hull. For train times, please consult http://nationalrail.co.uk - we advice to book tickets in advance as tickets bought on the day are usually a lot more expensive. If you arrive by train: taxis are just outside the station and - without traffic - a cab ride to the campus is about 10 min. Ask the driver to drop you off in front of the Business School of the University (I’ve attached a map). We will send more details about the exact location of the room sooner the time. By airplane If you fly into the UK, the most convenient airport for onward travel to Hull are Manchester Airport or Leeds Airport. There are connections from Manchester Airport to Manchester Piccadilly Station from where you can catch a train to Hull. Leeds Airport has connections to Leeds Station from where you can catch a train to Hull. If you arrive at any of the London airports, please make your way to London Kings Cross Station with regular trains to Hull. The closest airport to Hull is Humberside Airport which offers regular flight connections to/from Amsterdam. Humberside airport is about a 40 min car drive from Hull. Onward travel to Hull is provided on an hourly basis by the HumberFlyer Bus. Please check the website of Humberside Airport (http://www.humbersideairport.com/) if there are transport connections that suit your travel plans. By car

If you arrive by car and require a parking permit for the day, please get in touch and we will mail a permit to you. Permits are for car parks A on Salmon Grove, or at the North Entrance, or near the Business School. We will email you a car park map if you require a permit. Dietary Requirements During the day, we’ll provide coffee, refreshment, and lunch. If you have any dietary requirements, please let us know. In the evening, the plan is to go out for an informal dinner (on a self-pay basis) to continue the discussions from during the day. To help us organize this and notify the restaurant, can you please let us know if you intend to attend and your dietary requirements. Accommodation Our 10am coffee start should allow most people to travel in the morning. If you require overnight accommodation, Hull is very affordable.
