How will you be better off running this offer? HERE’S THE BUSINESS CASE:

If you sold £10,000 of Hot Diamonds last November and December this promotion will help you double that to £20,000 this November and December.

•

The gross profit you would have made on £10,000 at our 2.55 mark-up would have been £6079 last year and this would be roughly double this year considering the uplift driven by the offer i.e. £12,158.

•

In our experience, having run this offer before, the average order value of a consumer redeeming the free pendant offer will be £120 (far more than the £75 minimum spend requirement).

•

And the average order value of a consumer not redeeming the offer will be £60.

•

Around one in three consumers will redeem the offer and so the overall average order value will be £80.

•

Your doubled sales of £20,000 therefore will consist of around 250 orders.

•

Around one in three of these would be a ‘free pendant’ giveaway order so you would need to buy 83 free pendants @ £7.10 each to run the offer through November and December at a total cost of £589.

•
