Alton Towers Resort adds a new family dining experience as it launches the UK’s first Rollercoaster Restaurant Opening in May, the new Rollercoaster Restaurant is set below a vast rollercoaster track where diners can watch as orders tackle two gravity defying loop-the-loops before dropping 8 metres – the equivalent of two double decker buses – down the tornado spiral to their table. Each diner will enjoy a full 360˚ dining experience at one of the 13 tables and will get to select from the brand new menu of family favourites.
The new restaurant will also offer a premium evening menu, for those guests staying over at the Resort. Accessible via a walkway running from the Hotels to the heart of the Theme Park, the restaurant is ideal for thrill seeking guests and families who are looking to extend their experience once the rides have closed.

These help us to re-unite you and your children if they stray too far. Available from the Resort Box Office or Sales and Information booths. Why not make the most of our Parent Q Share passes. Whilst one parent queues in the normal way, parent two meets parent one after the ride using the Fastrack queue. Available from our friendly Resort Box Office team. We offer talks at Sharkbait Reef by SEA LIFE every hour on the hour.
The 4D Experience, explore Sharkbait Reef by SEA LIFE, prepare to do battle with ghosts and ghouls on Duel and enjoy the spins and thrills on Spinball!
There are many play/break/let off steam areas, including Big Fun Show Time in CBeebies Land, our beautiful gardens and the lawns facing the Towers. We have buggy parks next to most of our family rides. The Skyride is a perfect way to travel around the Theme Park with fabulous views and plenty of room for pushchairs! All of our toilets include baby changing facilities. We have lots of colourful buggies for hire from Towers Trading Co.
