The Nunclon™ Delta™ cell culture treated surface is a hydrophilic surface that facilitates cell attachment and growth. A proven cell culture surface for more than 25 years, it is perfect for most applications with adherent cell cultures.

Raw FBS imported from Australia is thawed under standardised conditions after inspection and release by quality control and sterile filtered via a multi-stage filter cascade. For industrial customers, lot sizes up to 2000 l are feasible. In addition to the sterility check in accordance with the European Pharmacopoeia, the test for bovine viruses is implemented. In addition, the following has now been tested successfully Australian FBS from Biochrom AG is suitable for murine embryonic stem cells. The stem cells demonstrated high viability of 85 - 91%, depending on the batch, and very good proliferation in the MTT assay (see Figure 1 and 2).
