Welcome Dear Colleagues, Officials, athletes and friends, On behalf of the Oceania Karate Federation, I would like to extend an invitation to you to attend the 1st OKF Oceania Cup and Training Camp. This is a very important event for the OKF region and I encourage all federations and members to promote to competitors and clubs. In May 2016, for the first time ever, a combined Oceania Training Camp will take place in beautiful Noumea, New Caledonia. This camp will be an excellent opportunity for athletes in the OKF region to prepare for the Oceania Karate Championships to be held later this year again in Noumea. The 1st Oceania Cup and Training Camp will have three worldwide known coaches who will deliver an outstanding program to the competitors in the Oceania region. At the training camp, the participants will have the unique opportunity to train with WKF World Champions and Vice-Champions! All participants will then be eligible to compete in the Oceania Cup to support their preparations for the 2016 Oceania Karate Championships. I look forward to seeing you all in Noumea! Yours in Karate-Do Michael Kassis President Oceania Karate Federation
