Wedding and Special Events Planning Guide

Facility Overview Thank you for considering Stonehaus Farms for your special event. We are confident that our facility will provide you and your guests an atmosphere unmatched in the Kansas City area. Our two beautiful facilities have been constructed on our estate vineyard and winery grounds, both have been designed for function, yet have tremendous ambiance. The Fest Hall has seating for up to 200, with additional outdoor seating available for your use. Our Garden Room has seating for up to 48, and also has access to the outdoor seating area. Both facilities have been decorated to provide a warm atmosphere, with subtle hints of Tuscany design and color. Fest Hall

Fest Hall Rate Schedule A)

During Normal Business Hours (12-6 Tuesday - Sunday) $300.00 per Hour, 2 Hour Minimum Includes (Tables & Chairs (for up to 200 people), Table Cloths (white only), Available Banquet Tables, and (1) Bartender

6 pm to 10 pm Tuesday thru Thursday and Sunday $2000.00

Includes (Tables & Chairs (for up to 200 people), Premium Table Cloths (available in white, ivory, or black), Available Banquet Tables, and Two (2) Bartenders Included.

C)

6 pm to 11 pm Friday and Saturday $2500.00

Includes (Tables & Chairs (for up to 200 people), Premium Table Cloths (available in white, ivory, or black), Available Banquet Tables , and Two (2) Bartenders Included.

Garden Room

$70.00 per Hour, 2 Hour Minimum Includes (Tables & Chairs (for up to 48 people), and available Banquet Tables, and Stonehaus Personnel.

E) 6 pm to 10 pm Tuesday thru Thursday and Sunday $300.00 Includes (Tables & Chairs (for up to 48 people), Table Cloths, Available Banquet Tables, Bartender and/or Stonehaus Personnel.

F) 6 pm to 11 pm Friday and Saturday $400.00 Includes (Tables & Chairs (for up to 48 people), Table Cloths, Available Banquet Tables, Bartender and/or Stonehaus Personnel.

Event Guidelines

General Rules: No decorations may be taped, stapled or nailed on walls. Decorating may be done the day of the event and needs to be coordinated with the winery. If the facility room is not booked the day before, decorating may be done then during regular winery hours. Floating candles are approved for use. All children need to be accompanied by an adult when on the outside grounds. Rates & Deposits: After determining the rate of the Fest Hall or Garden Room, a deposit of $500.00 is required to secure the Fest Hall and the Garden Room requires a deposit of $100.00. Both facilities must be paid in full 10 days before the event. Damage Clause: Any damage to rented property or the facility beyond normal wear and tear by the renter or a guest of the renter will be the responsibility of the renter who agrees to pay Stonehaus Farms Winery for the full cost of such damage repair. Rental Items: All special rental items such as additional chairs, tables, and tablecloths and other such items must be paid in full 30 days in advance of the event. We are unable to give refunds on rented items. Sales Tax: Missouri sales tax will be charged on all rentals and purchases unless exempted. If sales tax is exempt, the proper exemption certificate must be provided to Stonehaus Farms Winery prior to the event. Liquor Policy: All liquor consumed on the premises must be provided by Stonehaus Farms . We offer a selection of wine and beer. No hard liquor or mixed drinks are allowed. Beer is not available for Sunday functions. Wine is sold by the glass @ $4.00 per glass, Beer is sold by the cup or bottle @ $2.50 each, water and soda is sold by the can or bottle @ 1.00 each. Catering: All caterers must be insured and approved by Stonehaus Farms. Cancellation Policy: A $100.00 processing fee will be charged if the event is canceled 60 days or more before the event. No refunds will be made if canceled within 90 days of event.
