Established in Sydney in 2010, Walker Andersen is the specialist Finance & Accounting brand of The Andersen Partnership. Working closely under the Andersen Partnership umbrella are Stirling Andersen (Insurance) and Baker Andersen (Resources & Construction). All of our companies provide permanent, contract and interim solutions with a focus on the mid to senior level roles. We currently have offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Auckland, Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai and London with a view to launch Dublin, Beijing and Kuala Lumpur in mid-2015. David has over ten years’ experience recruiting senior level executives in the accounting, finance and professional services markets in the UK and Australia. David’s remit is to assist with the growth and development of the ANZ market for the Andersen Partnership. He will be focusing on placing senior finance and accounting executives in the commerce and industry sectors.

Claire has over 10 years’ experience recruiting within the accountancy and finance space, 6 years in the UK for an international global firm and 4 years in the local Sydney market. Since coming to Australia, Claire has recruited across the professional practice and the commerce and industry markets. Claire’s focus is senior finance appointments across commerce and industry in NSW.

Lisa has over 15 years Finance & Accounting experience working with one of the largest finance recruiters. Initially starting her career in the UK, Lisa moved to Auckland four years ago and has been specialising within Senior Finance across Interim and Permanent solutions. Lisa has a wealth of local market knowledge and a vast network.

James has been working within the Finance & Accounting recruitment sector for over 10 years across the UK, Europe and Australia. James joined Walker Andersen in January 2013 as Associate Director to head up the Sydney Commerce & Industry and Professional Services teams across temporary and permanent provisions. He launched the London office in August 2014 where he currently recruits in the senior finance markets.

Darragh has over 6 years’ experience recruiting accounting and finance roles in both the Irish and Australian markets. Having spent the last 4 years recruiting in the Perth market, Darragh’s remit is to head up the Andersen Partnership in Western Australia. Darragh joined us in January 2013 to assist in the growth and development of our West Australian branch.

COUNTRY MANAGER – SINGAPORE Steve joined the business to set up the Singaporean office in February 2014. Singapore was the first office outside of Australia for the Andersen Partnership and has continued to grow steadily. Steve has 15 years of recruitment experience and has been based in Singapore for the last 4 of those years since relocating from Australia.

GRAHAM QUILLIAM Initially an accountant by trade, Graham helped set up one of the leading Accounting & Finance recruitment firms in London. His specialism is exec level finance into Consumer & Media businesses. Graham launched the Walker Andersen Victorian office in Sept 2011 and has grown the team to 14 specialist consultants with dedicated niche skill sets to service the professional services and commerce & industry sectors.

MIKE DOHERTY COUNTRY MANAGER - HONG KONG Mike has over 16 years recruitment experience covering Risk Management and Finance roles. Geographical regions covered have included UK, US, Canada and, more recently, the Asia-Pacific region with particular focus on Hong Kong, Mainland China & Singapore Markets. He has been responsible for significant business & client development in all of the regions mentioned.

LIRON RUTOVITZ ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR - LONDON Initially training as an accountant within a Mid Tier Insolvency firm, Liron joined Walker Andersen 4 years ago, focusing on recruitment for Public Practice Accounting Firms in Sydney. Liron helped launch the London Public Practice offering, focusing on the recruitment of Qualified Accountants to Partner level.
