UV-TECH mobile for rehabilitation from 150 to 1500 mm Our mobile UV-TECH curing system starts from a basic version that can be extended with modular components however the client wishes. The UV-TECH mobile system can be used with all our light sources: 8 x 400 watt, 8 x 650 watt and 8 x 1000 watt. Thanks to its compact format it can be air-freighted all over the world. Even this ‘small’ version offers all the innovative functions of our UV-TECH system. Automated liner inner pressure control sets new standards for process monitoring. Two cameras and a modern recording system give perfect quality control that just cannot be bettered. The built-in modem enables curing data to be sent straight to the liner manufacturer. UV–TECH premium for rehabilitation from 150 to 1500 mm The UV-TECH Premium system also consists of a basic version that can be extended with modular components however the client wishes. In addition to all the advantages of the UV-TECH mobile system, UV-TECH Premium offers our clients the additional convenience of cable lengths of 200 to 300 meter. The UV-TECH Premium system is installed permanently in a heavy goods vehicle by ourselves or by the client. All necessary items of equipment such as air pump and generator, as well as high-end kitting out of the vehicle, are included as standard. When equipping the vehicle we insist on a comfortable environment for the operators and adequate storage space for all the rehabilitation accessories. You’ll be very impressed by our UV-TECH Premium!

UV-TECH light chain for rehabilitation from 150 to 600 mm Depending on the application, the power of the UV-TECH light chain can be increased from 8 x 400 watt to 8 x 650 watt, so that liners up to ND 600 can be cured reliably and rapidly. Naturally, the flexible design means that the system can be used in egg-shaped sections. The two cameras installed (front and rear view) give a complete overview. Together with the temperature sensors they provide the basis for total monitoring of the curing process. The cameras are plug-in units protected against heat and can be used with all UV-TECH light sources.

UV-TECH twin Core for rehabilitation from 600 to 1500 mm The UV-TECH twin Core system has a power output of 8 x 1000 watt and consists of two absolutely identical units each of 4 x 1000 watt. If necessary these two units are interchangeable. The UV-TECH Twin Core system also is designed for use in egg-shaped sections. The optimum distance between the lamps and the liner is always assured. Adjustment of the lamps is automatically linked to adjustment of the wheels. Both units are equipped with plug-in points for the frontand rear-view cameras.
