2.2. Admin Account
To change the username or password of current admin account, go to Settings > Admin Account (1)
Type the required information on the blank fields (2)

2.3. Client Control Client Admin Password This is where you can change the details of the client admin account Settings > Client Control > Client Admin Password (1) Type your preferred username and password then click Apply

Client Auto Shutdown Scheduler
Select Client Auto Shutdown Scheduler (1) Tick Enable Scheduler (2) and select a specific time for Timer to shut down all PC Clients Choose whether or not you would like to display a message on the screens of all online PC during your scheduled shutdown (3) Apply (4) all changes and click Ok (5)

Pricing Option

Configure price settings Add, edit, or delete charging rates Click Add and enter rate name, price settings, etc. (1) If Periodic Rate is enabled, discount rates can be set to take effect at specific hours of the day

G-CAFE TIMER USER MANUAL How to setup Periodic Rate/Discount Rate? Create another charging rate, put desired rate/price settings then tick “Periodic Rate” to use it as discount rate/s.
Once the charging rate with ticked periodic rate is done, edit the default charging rate used. Click add in the right side to add a discount period.

2.9. Additional Features Email Report
To send daily reports to your email, enter your email address in From Address, click Authorization and enter your email address and password to proceed. Enter your email in To address(es) For Gmail users: You must first enable Access for less secure apps and select SSL after Authorization. Gmail SMTP - smtp.gmail.com Port:465 Click Add to set when the report will be sent to your email and click Test.

Point system for your members (cash accounts) To Add redeemable items, click Add, select item type (item or free top-up), then enter name and the required points to redeem the item/s

3. Coupons To create coupon, click Coupon, then Setup New Coupon. Enter relevant details in Coupon name, Money, etc. and click OK

G-CAFE TIMER USER MANUAL How to start a session in G-Cafe Timer? There are 2 ways to start a session on G-Cafe Timer. 1. By using “Right Click Command”. Right click a PC, click “Login as guest (open time)” for unlimited session; and click “Login as guest (limited time) for limited time session.
Login as guest (open time) – For unlimited session. By choosing this option, the client PC will automatically start an unlimited session. This session is a Post-pay (Play before pay).

G-CAFE TIMER USER MANUAL Login as guest (limited time) – By choosing this option, you need to specify the time that will be used by the customer and select whether “Pay Now” (The customer paid for the session before using the computer) or “Pay Later” (The customer will play or use the computer first before paying the session).
Pay Later (Post-pay) – Play before pay Pay Now (Prepay) – Pay before play You can also use the 1 click login in the right side of G-Cafe Timer GUI to start a session.
2. By using “Prepaid Login Shortcut”. Select and click 1 PC and select whether “Pay Now” or “Pay Later” then click the specific amount of time using the prepaid login shortcut (1-Click login).
