My seminar acquainted master students with key theories of leadership and work motivation from public management research, psychology and business administration. The course mixed lectures with case studies to allow students to apply core concepts and methodologies on actual scenarios from the field of public administration. Participants: 20 students. Student evaluation: 4.7 (on five point scale with 5 as the best score possible). Foundations of Public Administration. Fall 2015. TA Undergraduate course on the foundations of public administration. Introduction to theories of public administration and the context of the Danish public sector. The course is based on a mix of case exercises and class discussions to facilitate student engagement and learning. Participants: 2 classes of 28 students each.
