FAST Act TTP Reporting Requirements 23 U.S.C. § 201(c)(6)(C) 

FAST Act Section 1117. Federal Lands and Tribal Transportation Programs

(a) TRIBAL DATA COLLECTION.—Section 201(c)(6) of title 23, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following: ‘‘(C) TRIBAL DATA COLLECTION.—In addition to the data to be collected under subparagraph (A), not later than 90 days after the last day of each fiscal year, any entity carrying out a project under the tribal transportation program under section 202 shall submit to the Secretary and the Secretary of the Interior, based on obligations and expenditures under the tribal transportation program during the preceding fiscal year, the following data: ‘‘(i) The names of projects and activities carried out by the entity under the tribal transportation program during the preceding fiscal year. ‘‘(ii) A description of the projects and activities identified under clause (i). ‘‘(iii) The current status of the projects and activities identified under clause (i). ‘‘(iv) An estimate of the number of jobs created and the number of jobs retained by the projects and activities identified under clause (i).’’

Reporting Requirement of New TTP Agreements 

FHWA: In order to assist the Tribe with fulfilling the requirements of 23 U.S.C. § 201 (c)(6)(C), FHWA will establish an electronic data reporting system and the Tribe shall be responsible for inputting the data into that system no later than June 30 and December 31 of each year. From that data, a report will be generated by FHWA and BIA for the Secretaries. The Tribe acknowledges its understanding that the submittal of its data is mandated by statute, and that non-compliance with this requirement may be a sole basis for termination of this Agreement by the Administrator.

Reports only need to be completed for active projects. 3 additional links for projects that weren’t included in TIP or don’t appear on keychain.
