General Information 1.1 What is CitiDirect BE® Tablet?

CitiDirect BE Tablet is a channel extension of CitiDirect BE and an essential new tool in the CitiDirect BE user’s digital workflow. CitiDirect BE Tablet delivers on-the-go visibility into real-time information needed to make strategic business decisions. CitiDirect BE Tablet provides an optimized user experience with simple navigation, an intuitive user interface, and rich interactive features and capabilities. With CitiDirect BE Tablet, users can: • Authorize and release single and batch payments and send payments to repair • Use features and discovery tools to view data globally, by region or country; and filter by currency, amount, country and counterparty CitiDirect BE Tablet is available exclusively for CitiDirect BE users. Note however that CitiDirect BE users must first be specifically entitled to CitiDirect BE Tablet prior to downloading the application from the Apple App Store, Google PlayTM store or Windows Store. If this step is not completed, the application can be downloaded however access will be denied upon login. CitiDirect BE users can use their same user ID to log in to CitiDirect BE Tablet as they currently use with CitiDirect BE.

1.2 How do I login to CitiDirect BE Tablet?

To log into CitiDirect BE Tablet, use the same credentials as you would on CitiDirect BE. As with CitiDirect BE, you can securely log in via any of the following methods, depending on your entitlements: SafeWordTM card, MobilePASS, SMS One Time Code and/or Voice One Time Code. Please note: MobilePASS and SMS/Voice One Time Code are available only in select countries. Please contact your Citi Service Representative for more information.

CitiDirect BE clients, entitled for CitiDirect BE Tablet, can enjoy the following user benefits: • Optimized user experience with interactive features and an intuitive interface • Freedom and flexibility with on-the-go access to real-time information in the CitiDirect BE platform • Customized data visualizations

1.4 With what types of tablets is CitiDirect BE Tablet compatible?

To download and run CitiDirect BE Tablet, your tablet device must meet the requirements below: • Apple tablets: For optimal performance, we recommend iPads running on iOS 8 and above • Windows tablets: For optimal performance, we recommend Surface Pros running on Windows 8 and above • Android tablets: To download CitiDirect BE Tablet, a minimum operating system of Android Jelly Bean 4.3 and 7-inch (or larger) tablet screen size are required. For optimal performance, we recommend tablets that run on ARM processors with at least 2 GB RAM, such as Google Nexus 7; Samsung Galaxy Tab 3, 7”; Google Nexus 10; Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1; Sony Xperia Z 10.1. For optimal performance, please encourage clients to upgrade to the latest operating systems, with the recommended hardware requirements.

1.5 How secure is CitiDirect BE Tablet?

The application follows all security and privacy controls currently embedded within CitiDirect BE. Additionally, CitiDirect BE Tablet does not save any user data and utilizes the same login safety measures as all CitiDirect Online Banking (CitiDirect®) and CitiDirect BE channels including SafeWord cards.

1.6 In which languages is CitiDirect BE Tablet available?

CitiDirect BE Tablet is currently available in English, French, Portuguese, Spanish, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Polish, Czech and Russian.

1.7 Does CitiDirect BE Tablet save data to your Tablet device?

No. CitiDirect BE Tablet does not save any data (including client’s passwords) locally on the tablet device.

1.8 How do I switch the Language of the Application?

In order to switch the language of the App the user must change the Tablet “locale.” For example, to change the locale on an iPad: 1. On the Home screen, locate and tap the “Settings” icon that shows the image of a gear. 2. When the Settings screen appears, tap the “General” button that shows a similar gear icon. 3. iOS 7: Tap “International.” 4. Tap “Languages.” 5. Select your desired language from the list and tap the bright blue “Done” icon in the upper right corner. 6. After a few seconds your Tablet should return to the Home screen and display the language that you selected. To change the locale on an Android device: 1. Go to “Settings.” 2. Select “Language and Keyboard Settings.” 3. Select your desired language from the drop down menu. To change the locale on Windows device: 1. Swipe in from the right edge of screen, tap “Settings” and then tap “Change PC Settings” 2. Select “Time and Language” and then select region and language 3. Select your desired language from the list.

2. User Set Up 2.1 How is a user authenticated to use CitiDirect BE Tablet?

2.2 Do I need to be an existing CitiDirect user in order to have access to CitiDirect BE Tablet? 2.3 How do I get the application on my Tablet?

CitiDirect BE Tablet is available exclusively for CitiDirect BE clients. CitiDirect BE clients can use their same user ID to log in to CitiDirect BE Tablet as they currently use with CitiDirect BE. User Authentication for CitiDirect BE Tablet is then achieved by using the same secure challenge response (via SafeWord Card or MobilePASS) or SMS/Voice One Time code process that is currently used with the CitiDirect BE platform. Yes. CitiDirect BE Tablet users must already be provisioned for Host 9 access to CitiDirect BE.

In order to properly download CitiDirect BE Tablet on your device, you must first be entitled through your Citi Representative or Security Manager. They will ensure that you have the proper user profile to access the application. Next, you will download the application from Apple App Store, Google PlayTM store or Windows Store and log in using your same user ID and CitiDirect BE credentials. Note: Please see the “How to Access CitiDirect BE Tablet” sheet for more detailed instructions.

2.4 Who should I talk to if I cannot access CitiDirect BE Tablet?

If you are experiencing difficulty accessing the application, please contact your Citi Representative for assistance.

3. Functional Questions 3.1 What can I do on CitiDirect BE Tablet?

CitiDirect BE Tablet introduces innovative solutions to provide you with on-the-go access, flexibility and visibility into your data. With CitiDirect BE Tablet, you can: • Authorize and release single and batch payments and send payments to repair • Use features and discovery tools to view data globally, by region or country; and filter by currency, amount, country and counterparty

3.2 What is my default screen after log-in?

After downloading CitiDirect BE Tablet from Apple App Store, Google PlayTM Store or Windows Store and launching the application, you will be directed to the account balance data visualization screen. Balances are available in three geographic views, with access based on the existing entitlements you have in CitiDirect BE: • Global • Regional • Country

3.3 Why don’t I have all of the above-mentioned geographical views? 3.4 How can I tell which geographical view I am in? 3.5 How can I switch from one geographical view to another?

3.6 What data visualizations for account balances are available across geographical views?

Your CitiDirect BE user entitlements, along with your Citi ID, determine what data is visible to you. Entitlements will be defined through the CitiDirect BE Admin sub-system.

The current view can be identified on the navigation bar at the top of your tablet screen.

In addition to using the navigation bar at the top of your tablet screen, you can also use the selections in the toolbar to switch from one view to another, depending on what views are enabled under your profile.

You have the ability to see your account balances across global, regional and country views in two ways: • Map • Chart Please note that you will only see accounts to which you are already entitled in the CitiDirect BE platform.

3.7 How can I toggle between a map and a chart view?

Switching between a map and chart view to analyze data is easy. If you are in CitiDirect BE Tablet in a map view and want to see your data in a chart, simply select the “View Chart” option on the bottom right corner of your tablet screen. Similarly, if you are in a chart view and want to see your data in a map view, simply select the “View Map” option on the bottom right corner of your tablet screen.

3.8 What is the Local Currency Toggle?

The Local Currency Toggle is located at the top-middle of the screen. It allows you to easily switch the display of your account balances between base and local currency denominations, on your map and chart views. The toggle will only become active when you have filtered on one currency. For instance, if your base currency is USD, and you have filtered on EUR accounts: the Local Currency Toggle will appear as USD | EUR, allowing you to switch between viewing your account balances in local currency (EUR) and base currency (USD) views. This can be done on both the map and chart views.

3.9 Why can’t I see the Local Currency Toggle?

If your client definition is set up such that all your entitled accounts are denominated in the base currency, then the Local Currency Toggle will not be visible to you.

3.10 Why can’t I click on the Local Currency Toggle?

If your Local Currency Toggle is inactive, it will appear slightly transparent. The toggle may become inactive if: • You have not filtered on a single currency, or have filtered on more than one currency, or • Your base currency is the same as the currency on which you filtered

3.11 How do I filter my accounts based on a specific balance amount range?

You can easily filter your accounts based on specific balance amounts in two ways:

3.12 How often is the FX rate in CitiDirect BE Tablet updated?

The FX Rate is fed from CitiDirect where CitiDirect receives updates every 3 hours.

3.13 I don’t like the position of the keypad. Can I move it elsewhere? 3.14 Can I customize my account balance data visualization?

• Slide the tickers across the amount bar in the Account Balance filter tab, and tap “Apply”, or • For even more specific amount ranges, tap into the Min and Max textboxes. A keypad will be displayed, where you can enter the desired range up to two decimal places. Tap “Apply” to update your map or chart.

No, the keypad is optimally placed right above the Min/Max range for the best user experience.

Yes. CitiDirect BE Tablet provides users with the flexibility to customize what they see on their screens. In addition to the map and chart view options for the data representation of account balances, there is an additional set of filters available: • Counterparty • Balance Type • Currency • Amount • Country

3.15 How can I customize my view using the available filters?

Simply tap on the filter of your choice and make the appropriate selection. In a matter of seconds, a refreshed and refined representation of the data will be available.

3.16 Under which views can I filter and customize my visualization? 3.17 How can I clear a selected filter?

You can filter your data across all geographical views including global, regional and country as well as across the map and chart views.

You can clear a selected filter by tapping the “Clear All” button on the bottom right corner of the screen. Next you must click “Okay” in the pop-up box that asks “Are you sure that you want to Clear All?” Please note that you can only use the “Clear All” function to de-select filters when two or more filters are selected.

3.18 How fresh is the data presented in the application?

The data available in CitiDirect BE Tablet is available from the same data source as the CitiDirect and CitiDirect BE platforms. The data is refreshed in real time as often as it is refreshed in CitiDirect and CitiDirect BE. Specifically, we poll summary data about every 60 seconds. Additionally, transaction list data is updated whenever a payment is authorized, released or repaired.

3.19 Does the application time out?

Yes. For continued security of your data, the application will time out after 5 minutes of inactivity or when the application view is minimized. In these cases the user will have to log back in to use the application.

3.20 What is the “drawer” function?

The drawer function is identified by the icon in the top left corner of the screen shot below: The drawer function opens a series of left-hand navigation options including: • Home • Help • Terms & Conditions • Privacy Policy • Feedback [+] • Log Out

3.21 Is there any charge for accessing information via CitiDirect BE Tablet? 3.22 What additional services will be added to CitiDirect BE Tablet in the future?

The Tablet application is available at no additional cost. Payments executed or authorized via CitiDirect BE Tablet incur the same pricing structure as payments executed via alternate CitiDirect BE channels. Note that there may be third party network costs associated with wireless local area network usage for which Citi is not responsible. Citi continuously looks to provide clients with best-in-class solutions. As such, CitiDirect BE Tablet feature functionality will be reviewed regularly and updated accordingly based on regulatory needs and client feedback.

3.23 What do the following terms mean: Current Available Balance, Current Ledger, Opening Ledger and Opening Available Balance?

Current Available Balance: Current/closing Available Balance. The current balance of the funds that are available. That portion of the commercial account ledger balance against which a bank normally limits the account holder to draw. Available balance is also referred to as good funds, available funds, usable funds, and collected balance. Current Ledger: Current/closing Leger Balance. The commercial account balance that is the result of the total debit and credit activity for the current date. The ledger balance does not indicate either funds availability or usability. Ledger balance is also referred to as book balance, gross balance, and statement balance. Opening Ledger: Opening ledger balance: The beginning commercial account balance that is the result of the total debit and credit activity. The ledger balance does not indicate either funds availability or usability. Ledger balance is also referred to as book balance, gross balance, and statement balance Opening Available Balance: The beginning balance of funds that are immediately available. That portion of the commercial account ledger balance against which bank normally limits the account holder to draw. Available balance is also referred to as good funds, available funds, usable funds, and collected balance.
