By the 401: South on Markham Road, then back West on Ellesmere to 1960, Unit 9, on the North side By Ellesmere: just East of McCowan to 1960, Unit 9, on the North side Parking: all around the Temple in the strip plaza, by 4:00 pm lots of spaces Budget: $500 for the Temple Space: from 2016 ICIF Budget

$860: 80 people catered from Agenda Planning Meal $9/person $100 from ICIF for 80 people’s pop, juice, cutlery, paper plates

March 1 hour Plenary: All participants receive a complimentary Bhagavid Gita

The Church and The Scandal of The Jewish Jesus, June 3 to June 5, 2016. As of Jan 11.16 Chris has 21 people registered and the local synagogue has agreed to participate ...so the event is moving ahead well. Since we budgeted $300, Chris would like to have ICIF down as a supporter.

6. 2016 ICIF BUDGET:

Total budget request for Inter-faith Inter-Church work: $5,550 According to Clyde Harris, the budget presentation basically gave ICIF and all others the approval to go and do everything requested. Spending will be monitored against our requests. 7. REPORTS FROM ORGANIZATIONAL REPRESENTATIVES Toronto Urban Native Ministries – Jennifer Palin - There is now a Sixties Scoop children support group led by Evan Smith. Now’s the time to start planning for Aboriginal Heritage Month in June. Interfaith Relations with Muslim Communities – Jennifer Palin Reported on the Fantastic Door Exhibit with the Aga Khan centre. She encourages people to come and see the photo exhibit on doors at DCUC until the end of March. The world is beginning to see that we have to open doors to each other.

Toronto Area Interfaith Council – John Joseph Mastandrea • January Intercultural Diversity Institute dinner January 19, 2016 • February Interfaith Harmony Week 2016. • $150 • Potential host for the World Parliament of Religions in 2018. • Jan. 2017 Emmanuel College will have the 2nd Prophet’s Birthday celebration organized by Andrew. • In June 2016 Interfaith reception with Mayor’s office - Cardus (Canada 150 Event) • Had a wonderful dinner 7 interfaith orgs. Pastoral Catholic Centre – Canada 150 – interfaith celebration. Going to show the Drone Film (different interfaith centres). Drone as an instrument of peace.

Interchurch Sunrise Service - John Joseph Mastandrea – Budget: $100

On Sunday March 27 at 6:30 am in the CRC 40 Oak St. THE ROLLING STONES - The team includes The Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Toronto, Saint Luke’s United, First Evangelical Lutheran Church, Yonge St. Mission, St. Andrew’s United Church, St. Michael’s Cathedral, St. Peter’s Anglican, St. Paul’s Basilica, West Don Area Ministry, Toronto Urban Native Ministry, St. Andrew’s Presbyterian King St. and Metropolitan United Church. Hear the call to join the tradition in the heart of the city. In conjunction with the Canadian Bible Society.

John Joseph also reported planning a Sports Faith Event in Sept. in conjunction with the Canadian Bible Society. Christian-Jewish Dialogue of Toronto – Cynthia Scott – John Joseph
