The

Paleo Robbie Meal Plan Starter Kit Everything you need to know about our meal plan in 3 minutes. When will I start receiving my meals? You will receive your meals on the dates you selected when placing your order. Meaning all meals on Monday will be delivered on Monday, Tuesday’s meals on Tuesday and so on. We do not deliver your entire order in a single day. You can select your delivery time by simply letting our friendly staff know in the comment box before checking out. If you forgot to do so then you can send them a quick email at [email protected]

How to reheat your meals There are 3 ways we suggest you to reheat our meals, they are in order:

1. Oven (recommended) Simply pre-heat your oven to 120-130c and place your food inside for 10-15 minutes. Meals that contain larger meat servings (lamb shanks, beef brisket, slabs of pork) may require a few extra minutes in the oven. After 10 minutes it’s best to try and then decide whether it needs a bit longer in the oven or not.

2. Pan-fry (for experts) If you’re comfortable around the stove then pan frying is a good way to reheat your meal. It may take a bit longer to reheat, but you’ll retain more of the fresh taste and texture of the food. Never use high heat for reheating the meal in a pan. Simply place your meal inside the pan on low to medium heat and cover with a lid for approximately 4-5 minutes. Then check every 3-4 minutes to see if the meal is hot enough for you. Meals that contain larger meat servings (lamb shank, beef brisket, boston pork steak) may require a few extra minutes in the pan.

3. Microwave Place your meal in the microwave at medium or even low setting for 2-3 minutes. Meals that contain larger meat servings (lamb shack, beef brisket, boston pork steak) may require an extra minute in the microwave. It’s best to try after every 2 minutes to make sure you don’t accidentally nuke the be-jingles out of the food. Food left in the microwave too long can become chewy and soggy and that wouldn’t make anyone happy.

How to correctly store your meals If you don’t plan on eating your meals right away then it’s fine to store them in the fridge for up to 2 days. Our meals contain zero preservatives or additives and is why we suggest eating them right away, but if you need to wait then please consume within 2 days. Some meals such as stews may last a couple days longer, while salads and fish are best eaten on the day of delivery. If you have opted to use reusable containers, please give them to our messenger on the last meal you receive for the week. You’re more than welcome to leave them at reception and advise them to hand them to our messenger. If you don’t like to store them at home for the week, then you can return them to our messenger with every meal. Reusable containers are environmentally friendlier than disposables, but please do help us by returning them regularly and don’t throw them away. There is no need to wash the containers, but the messengers always appreciate it if you can quickly rinse the box with tap water.

How the meal plan works going forward You’re currently on your trial-week and have (or will be asked) to make a one-off payment for your meals. If you end up loving our food (>‿◠)✌ and want to reuse our convenient delivery service next week, we kindly ask you to choose from one of our 3 pricing plans. The reason for this is because it streamlines interactions between you and our customer service team, and we don’t have to send you annoying emails every week to provide proof of payment (as Thai banks don’t provide us with payee information unfortunately). It helps us to keep our office team small and put more value and focus into your food and service.

For your trial-week you will be sent an invoice the following Monday. Any meals ordered before the 5pm Friday deadline will be honoured. For example, if you have ordered a meal for Monday but have yet to receive an invoice, you will receive your Monday meal as long as you ordered before the soft deadline.

When does the new menu go live? Every Wednesday around 11am our weekly Meal Plan menu goes live. You can then place your order for the following week until Friday 5pm. The meals will arrive on the days you selected the following week automatically. As simple as that. Ordering is flexible. There is no need to select a meal each day or even each week. If you’re out of town or simply fancy eating a big burrito then that’s fine. There is no need to notify us. If you leave for more than a few months then please send us a note so we can save your credits and order history. You can still place orders after the 5pm soft deadline every Friday, but we may not be able to deliver meals on your chosen days as we need at least 36 hours lead time to prepare your meals. For example, if you place your Meal Plan order selections on Sunday at 3pm and selected meals for Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday - we will not be able to deliver Monday’s meals due to our 36 hour timeframe per order. Meals for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday will be delivered without a problem. We hope you will enjoy eating with us and if we forgot to answer any of your questions then don’t be a stranger and email us at [email protected].
