Unacceptable use of the logo The examples outlined in this document have been created to establish a strong identity. While you may scale the logo to suit your needs, under no circumstances should it be altered or distorted. For use in one-colour print applications, black is acceptable. When a miniature representation of the logo is required it may not print smaller than 24mm in width (excluding clear space). The logo should only be reversed from the CIT red as demonstrated above, or black in single colour print.

Variations of the main logo There are variations of the main logo permitted in the case of the CIT Crawford College of Art and Design and the CIT Cork School of Music. These variations are part of the CIT family of logos and therefore are governed by the same guidelines as outlined in this document.

Where an academic or other unit wishes to create a logo for itself it must do so in conjunction with the main logo. These logos will be provided by CIT Marketing Unit according to predefined guidelines. For illustration purposes the approved logo for the Access Service is shown here.

ACCESS SERVICE

In certain instances the CIT icon can be used as a stand alone identity without text. The same brand guidelines apply. Contact CIT Marketing Unit for assistance. [email protected]
