¡Bienvenidos a nuestra reunión regional RADIUS Américas! Bem-vindos a nossa reunião regional RADIUS Américas. Bienvenue and welcome to the Americas Regional meeting! We are delighted that you are able to join us here in beautiful Miami for this year’s annual event, hosted at the Hyatt Regency. The underlying theme for this year’s meeting: how to best ensure your continuing value to your clients. Over these next three days, you will be engaged in forums covering topics ranging from global supply chain optimization to utilizing contemporary communication channels to more effectively compete and provide your clients unparalleled value. We are honored that several agency partners outside The Americas region will be joining us and sharing some valuable insights. Based on feedback from last year’s regional meeting in Las Vegas, we are again ensuring that you have an opportunity for some fun and friendly competition. The remainder of our event has been formatted so that there will be active exchanges and plenty of time for conversation and networking. As a special treat, dinner on Wednesday will be hosted by Fairmont Corporate Hotels & Resorts at The Fairmont Turnberry Isle. Please enjoy the conference and take full advantage to engage with a world-class set of agencies and suppliers that continually support and allow us to grow all of our businesses. Also, please don’t hesitate to let us know what ideas or suggestions you may have to help us improve future events. Warm Regards,

In her role at Hill-Rom, Janet is responsible for travel, ground transportation, and meetings as well as the operation of a 66-bedroom, companyowned facility at their headquarters, located in Batesville, Indiana.

With over 20 years of industry exposure, Edward Perry has been with Worldhotels for over ten years. During his tenure at Worldhotels, he began in the corporate sales division, managing sales for the Northeastern USA. As Senior Director of E-Commerce, Edward manages strategic alliances in the Americas and Asia between online booking and technology partners and Worldhotels’ portfolio of close to 500 properties worldwide. Edward has a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and German from Schiller International University in Heidelberg, Germany and a MBA in Global Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
