Tournament will be three game guarantee with all play being governed by the 2014 ASA Rule book. 2. The tournament host will furnish the game balls. 3. Teams must be ready to play day or night. Game time is forfeit time. 4. All teams must be ready to play at 6:00 pm on Friday, June 13th. 5. All games will be seven (7) innings OR 1 hour and 20 minute time limit; Except for the championship and if game, which will play a full 7 innings or rule. 6. Run rule will be in effect for all games. 15 run after 3 and 8 after 5 innings. 7. Protests must be registered with the plate umpire before the next pitch. The protest committee will render a ruling before play resumes. No protests will be accepted on umpire’s judgment. 8. No infield practice will be allowed at anytime on the game fields. 9. Home team will be decided by a coin flip. Team manager/coach will meet a tournament representative at a designated area behind the backstop outside field 30 minutes prior to game time. This will enable to the teams to proceed to the correct dugout. 10. All teams must be ready to play and at field at least 15 mins prior to game start. 11. Alcohol is not permitted in any area of the complex. 12. The tournament director reserves the right to switch teams to a different field for the purpose of saving time when behind schedule or for other circumstances that may occur. 13. A suspended game will be resumed from the point of suspension. 14. All players must have ASA Player Registration card/proper ID present at all times.
