EventDeck’s system is designed to provide a rigid, dry, and attractive support base for tables, chairs, and other equipment. It is ideal over level grass, concrete, asphalt, gravel, and dirt surfaces, and will contour to sub-surfaces to prevent "seesawing." EventDeck will not warp, rot, crack or fade, and is an ideal substitute to laydown plywood floors.

Choose between ED1 with drainage holes for added grass protection, and ED2 without holes, depending on your EventDeck 2 Smooth needs. Both ED1 and ED2 are ideal as stand-alone floors or as a sub-floor for carpet or turf. Staple or tape carpet and synthetic turf right to EventDeck for the ultimate event flooring combination. (Please go to page 14 for our complete selection of event carpet and artificial turf.) Use EventDeck as a base for chairs, tables, and dance floors over grass, mud, dirt, asphalt, gravel, or other typical event venue surfaces. ED1 can also be used as a base for cleaning tents, fabrics and

other equipment – its top drainage holes allow dirty water to flow underneath the tiles and away from the material being cleaned. EventDeck modules connect on all sides using Signature’s easy-touse connection system. This interlocking design allows for rapid installation and removal with minimal labor and no equipment. Individual sections use drainage holes and hidden channels to allow water running down tent sidewalls to flow underneath the floor and tent. An integrated cable channel is included underneath each module for running wires and power cords to center poles, and other in-tent areas. Remove individual EventDeck sections to accommodate center poles, side poles, and guy ropes, and add transitional edge pieces to provide a more attractive finished look. EventDeck is shipped pre-assembled in large sheets that are easily and compactly stacked on pallets for storage and shipment.

UltraDeck is Signature’s mid-range tent flooring system, ideal for nearly any tent flooring application. This system is meant as a true substitute for lay down and built-up plywood floors. It provides a rigid and uniform feel underfoot that is suitable for upscale, highend events. Unlike other modular plastic floors, UltraDeck can be laid straight down on most ground surfaces, leveled with plywood stringers and shims, or raised on multiple layers of stringers as required. The UltraDeck system is suitable for more rugged environments, where greater heights and more rigidity are required. UltraDeck sections can handle a wide range of uneven ground surfaces since modules are a beefy 2’ x 1’ x 1-1/8” (LWH). Ribbed reinforcements provide tremendous strength and weight-loading capabilities and larger cable channels allow heavy gauge power cables to be run underneath the floor. UltraDeck is available in 2 different models. UltraDeck 1 (EDU1) has top drainage holes, allowing water and ventilation to penetrate – making it ideal for natural turf fields. UltraDeck 2 (EDU2) has a smooth top (without drainage holes) – making it ideal for synthetic turf fields, indoor areas and concrete or asphalt surfaces. Modules snap together easily and quickly on all sides using our uniquely engineered intermodule connection system to form a rigid and seamless protective floor. Modules can be connected in both

UltraDeck is ideal for pole tents, frame tents, and clear span structures. It provides an attractive and event-friendly look, which often doesn’t need to be covered with carpet. When placed on level ground or on plywood stringers, UltraDeck can support the weight of scissor lifts, forklifts with pneumatic tires, and light trucks. This makes UltraDeck ideal for larger tents, where equipment is required for the hanging of lighting, placement of decorations, and transport of equipment. By raising UltraDeck on 2” x 6” or 2” x 8” plywood boards (stringers), it is possible to create a perfectly level, raised floor. With the ability to be raised off of the ground, UltraDeck is a true substitute to costly wood. Unlike wood, UltraDeck will not warp, get waterlogged, or rot. Additionally, with UltraDeck there is no need to use dangerous screws or nails as modules self connect and do not need to be screwed down to the plywood stringers.

It is an ideal large-panel system for heavy-duty tent and special event flooring and a temporary roadway system. ArmorDeck’s large-panel system was designed and engineered to provide superior natural and synthetic turf protection, handle heavy loads and provide stability. ArmorDeck is the most advanced engineered special event flooring system on the market today. ArmorDeck’s underside is engineered to provide strength and turf protection. It’s expansive moisture canopy and bi-directional ribbing system helps distribute weight effectively and allows grass to grow and flourish even during installation (ArmorDeck 1). ArmorDeck is made of rugged HDPE making it extremely durable and able to withstand most weather conditions. It is waterproof and it will not warp, splinter or rot, and there are no metal parts to rust or corrode. DuraDeck Standard 4'x8'

DuraDeck® (DD) is Signature’s heaviest-duty tent flooring and roadway system. It consists of standard 4ft x 8ft sheets (other sizes available) made of superstrong, high-density polyethylene that is virtually indestructible, yet lightweight and safe to handle.

DuraDeck can be connected to each other to form a portable roadway, access mat or working platform. Because of DuraDeck’s unique construction and specialized plastic formulation it can be used for a variety of heavy weight applications including portable roadways, outdoor walkways, and sturdy and slip-resistant working platforms in nearly any climate and over virtually any type of terrain or ground condition. DuraDeck mats are designed to support up to 80-ton vehicle weights and will stay rigid enough for ground protection – yet flexible enough to prevent breakage or brittleness. Mats can be handled by 2 people, do not require tools for installation and are safe to handle – no splinters, nails or chemicals to worry about. Mats can be locked in place using connector links to form a continuous, solid roadway or working platform. Each 4ft x 8ft mat can support up to 80 tons over most surfaces and has a unique traction surface molded directly into the panel. This enables HexaDeck to support the weight of large HexaDeck trucks, forklifts, and other heavy equipment, making it suitable for warehouse tents, vehicle-maintenance tents, temporary-vehicle access roadways, and other heavy-duty shelter applications.

Each hexagonal tile interlocks to adjacent tiles using an easy to use, channel overlay/underlay system. Simply slide each tile next to another HexaDeck section, where it is easily “locked” into place. Unlike square modules, HexaDeck’s hexagonal design avoids the structural weakness associated with a four-way joining point. As such it may be also be used as a temporary roadway for access to tent sites. HexaDeck can be used to create roadways over virtually any type of terrain. All CrowdStopper frames are made from durable 1.5” OD 16-gauge or 1/25” OD 14-gauge steel tubing; while uprights are made from 1/2” OD 16-gauge steel tubing. AlphaDeck modules come in 2 standard sizes: 4ft x 4ft x 4” or 2ft x 4ft x 4” (custom sizes also available). AlphaDeck features adjustable-height legs, a variety of top surfaces and drop holes for cabling. Modules lock together to form a seamless, solid platform that is rigid and strong – making it ideal for bandstands, sound/lighting equipment, performances, tables, chairs and guests. Each module can support up to 2,560 lbs. ExpressDeck™ is our lightweight modular staging system that can be assembled by one person. Collapsible aluminum risers combine with a 4ft x 4ft or 2ft x 4ft platform to create a sturdy, simple to assemble, simple to store/transport staging solution that is ideal for all types of tent events. ExpressDeck modules lock together with simple turn of a hex key and can support weights up to 2,960 lbs each. ExpressDeck is the easiest system to assemble and dismantle on the market!
