Notes : (1) While filling-up various taxes through On-line Price Bid, the party has to mention the tax in Rupees instead of percentage. (2) The upper belts ( item sr. no.1 ) is required as per the Technical specifications mentioned in our Drg.No UTPS/B/5074. (3) The lower belts ( item sr. no.2 ) is required as per the Technical specifications mentioned in our Drg.No. UTPS/B/5075. (4) The Technical specifications of feeder belt ( For both items ) should be as : (a) Type of Belt : Splice belt - Mechanical fastening. (b) Splice clip : Alligator 187 S Fasteners should be parallel to the belt surface ( MOC : SS 304 ) (c) Laminated steel wire flexible cable with lead wire & crimped washer (steel core wire rope as per IS 6594 of IS 2266 (2002). (d) Belt material : (i) Car cass : made of 02 ply 40 Kg/cm width ( 20 Kg/cm width per ply) polyester nylon construction type is "Plain weave" (ii) Top and Bottom covers : made of 2.5 mm thick rubber of "RMA Grade II SBR" both side at top and bottom is commercially known as "Plioflex" rubber. (iii) Plioflex SBR is made by the copolymerization of styrene and butadiene under cold process this is non oil resistant synthetic rubber having good abrasion resistance low temperature flexibility and low water absorption characteristics. Thickness : 10 +/- 0.4 mm width 840 2+/- 0 mm, Max. running speed 15 mtr/minute, maximum coal feeding (loading 40 - 45 Tons/Hour, Duty : Continuous, Working temperature : 130 deg. C. Maximum instantaneous temperature : 225 deg. C. (iv) Nylon Tier cord Breaker Gauges 0.025 width 100 mm to be placed in belt between bottom cover and carcass under "V" guide. (e) Belt should be with integrally molded curbs at the bottom sides and "V" guide at the bottom center as per the given dimensions. Lenght of the Upper Belt ( item sr.no.1) : 5010 mm and Lenght of the Lower belt ( item sr.no.2) : 4030 mm. Rest dimensions shall be as per the both item drawings.

(5) The supplied belts should be without any joint except the mechanical fastening splice joint as mentioned in the drawing. Also there should be no manufacturing defects such as patches, air voids, cuts etc. (6) The successful bidder has to submit the sample for approval before affecting the bulk supply. For sample approval 03 weeks and for Bulk supply within 03 to 05 weeks after sample approval. (7) Participating bidder has to submit the copy of PO executed with GSECL/NTPC/NPC/Other SEB or any reputed organization for the same items. (8) Test Certificate should be submitted along with supply of material.

Special Notes : (1)

It is mandatory for all bidders to submit their tender documents by both forms viz. online (e-tendering) and physically in schedule time. I f t ender documents submitted in only any one form, say either by on-line or physically, in that case the same tender will not be considered. Further bidders are requested to submit Price bid (Schedule-B) online only and not to submit the Price bid in Physical form. This is mandatory. If price bid is submitted in physical form, the same will not be opened and only on-line submitted Price bid will be considered for evaluation. Further, if the quantity quoted differs in the any of the technical bid forms and in price bid forms, it is at the discretion of CE Committee / ED Committee - GSECL to consider the quoted quantity. (2) Please submit photocopy of Schedule-B duly signed by you, along with TECHNICAL BID, without stating prices. (3) Tender shall not be opened without payment of EMD & Tender Fee. Please furnish details of EMD & Tender Fee paid on cover. (4) If any deviation in your offer with respect to Tender specification, then please mention clearly in separate deviation sheet, otherwise we will consider your offer is exactly as per our Enquiry / Tender specification. (5) GSECL reserves rights to place the order on technically qualified bidders for item wise / individual lowest quoted party. (6) Repeat Order : GSECL reserves right for the placement of repeat order @ 50 % of the order quantity / value within 4 (Four) months of the order as per the Clause No. 24 of Commercial Terms and Conditions instead of 25 %. Other condition of Clause No. 24 remains same. (7) It is to be noted that GSECL, Ukai TPS is establishing and implementing occupational Health & Safety Management System complying with OHSAS 18001:2007. You as a part of the GSECL Ukai team and as defined by the scope of mentioned standard, all contractors are required to comply with and participate to prevent the occupational Health and Safety hazards and risks including observation of safety rules. Further you are also to comply with all applicable legal requirements while executing the supply / work, in case the job is assigned to you. (8) Party has to accept Payment Term as per GSECL’s standard terms & conditions: Payment shall be made by the GSECL for the material supplied at 80 % plus 100 % taxes against T.R.C. within 30 days and balance 20 % against S. R. Note within 45 days from the date of receipt of material at our site. Clause No. 12 of Commercial Terms & Condition at Page No.6 of 46 : Kindly read clause No. 12 i.e. Security Deposit of Commercial terms & Condition as below.

SECURITY DEPOSIT : The successful Tenderer’s will be required to pay an amount equivalent to 10 % of the value of the Order (End Cost) against letter of intent as per GOG guideline as a Security Deposit for satisfactory execution of the contract. Such security deposit will be payable either in D.D./Bank Guarantees. Bank Guarantees will be acceptable if issued by Bank of Baroda and State Bank of India. The Bank Guarantees will be executed on the standard form prescribed by the GSECL. In case of the Bank Guarantees furnished / submitted, they should have clear one time validity till the completion of the order in all respects and up to the expiry of guarantee period from the date of receipt of the last consignment. Bank Guarantees for interim period will not be allowed. If by any reasons the supply period is extended then supplier should undertake to renew the Bank Guarantee at least 01 Month before the expiry of the validity failing which GSECL will be at liberty to encash the same. CORPORATE BANK GUARANTEES NOT ALLOWED. If S.D. Exemption is claimed against NSIC Certificate, then the NSIC Certificate / Competency Certificate more than 03 years old will not be considered. If the validity of the certificate expires prior to completion of the order, then it has to be got revalidated from NSIC by the Tenderer and submitted immediately; otherwise bidder shall have to arrange for payment of Security Deposit. S.D. should be paid within 07 (Seven) days after receipt of the LOI. Security Deposit is to be paid @ 6 % of the Order End Cost for Small, Cottage & tiny industrial unit of Gujarat State registered under Small Scale industries of Gujarat State and holding subsequent registration with CSPO / NSIC / DGS&D Registration Certificates for the item under tender.
