Introduction to INDASOL Industrial Adhesive Solutions (INDASOL) offer a complete range of Sign Making, Point of Sale, Shop Fitting and Display Tapes and Adhesives. Designed with the user in mind, our products offer high performance, easy application and low cost solutions to all of your bonding and sealing applications.

Based in the Midlands, we cover the UK with a next day service for all stock products and offer a fast turnaround on any bespoke orders.

Slit from logs, our Tapes, UHB’s and Foams can be cut to your desired widths and lengths. This is a free of charge service and we can keep bespoke stock allocated for you for next day delivery.

We can present most of our Tapes and Foams in various formats such as Die Cuts, Finger Lift, Bespoke sizes and shapes, short or long length rolls, bobbins and spools, reverse wound, laminated and in some cases a range of colours.

We offer a full on site Technical Service where we will visit and specify the best product for your application. This is a free of charge service.

Working with Composite Panels such as – BCP, Di-Bond, Aluca-Bond etc…. The INDASOL range of products for Composite Bonding have been designed to offer instant grab, UV stability on external applications, cope with differential material expansion rates and difficult surfaces. They have also been produced with ease of application in mind. As well as external grades, we also have internal products.

INDASOL UHB Tape – Totally Clear, White or Grey Structural Acrylic Tape with thicknesses from 0.25mm through to 4mm. Ideal for heavy duty bonding. UV Stable, weather proof and easy to use.

INDASOL 933 – High Performance 1.0mm thick Double Sided Foam Tape for non structural internal bonding of FSDU’s, Displays, Signs etc. INDASOL 7080A – High Performance 0.8mm Double Sided Foam Tape for non structural external bonding. Excellent UV stability. INDASOL 26895, 26913 and 26963 – High Performance Acrylic Tapes ideal for Nameplating and close surface bonding, Ticket Strips and shelf edging. 26963 is a hand tear version of 26895. All three have great performance on difficult surfaces.

INDASOL 9171 – Clear ultra thin Polyester Tape with Acrylic Adhesive ideal for Nameplating and very close surface bonding.

Working with Banners and Difficult Surfaces We have a tried and tested BANNER HEMMING Tape that unlike others on the market, will even bond to recycled banner materials. We have recently added a unique hand tear Banner Hemming Tape which allows for faster application and removes the need for knives and scissors. Always with application ease in mind, the following selection is only part of the full range.

INDASOL UHB Tape – Totally Clear, White or Grey Structural Acrylic Tape with thicknesses from 0.25mm through to 4mm. Ideal for heavy duty bonding.

INDASOL 933 – High Performance 1.0mm thick Double Sided Foam Tape for non structural internal bonding. INDASOL 7080A – High Performance 0.8mm Double Sided Foam Tape for non structural external bonding.

INDASOL 26895, 26913 & 26863– High Performance Acrylic Tapes ideal for Nameplating, close surface bonding and Banner Hemming. Particularly good on difficult surfaces.

INDASOL 2002, 2005 – Transfer Thickness Tape for Nameplating, Control Panels and bonding to low surface energy plastics. Excellent alternative transfer tapes to 3M 467 and 468.

Lohmann Foam – A high grab multi purpose double sided foam designed to bond to most surfaces including plaster, wood and plastics. Available in 1,2 or 3mm thick.

Scrim Tape – A 1mm thick, clear tape with cross weave scrim, extremely high initial grab onto most surfaces. Available in interior or exterior grades.

Working with Nameplates and Laminating When bonding Nameplates INDASOL offer excellent alternatives to products such as 3M and TESA. Our Avery range of transfer Tapes are UL approved and ideal for demanding name plate applications. Our laminating 465 Tape offers excellent clarity and weathering for exterior nameplates and plaques.

Working with Metals and Powder Coated Metals The INDASOL range of UHB Tapes has been designed for bonding metal substrates either treated, bare or powder coated. UHB can replace rivets, screws, welding and liquid adhesives in many applications. We can supply with a Certificate of Conformity, in widths and thicknesses to suit and in a range of colours. We have UHB products to cater for all applications, high and low temperature performance and even bonding metal prior to powder coating. The following selection of products offer solutions for both internal and external applications, low, medium and high weight loading and masking.

Working with Wood and other Porous Materials INDASOL offer a complete bonding solution when working with a range of substrates. The following selection covers both small and large surface area bonding, temporary and permanent fixing and different methods of application. In addition to the following selection, you can use our Foam and Tape products for certain applications.

INDASOL GP Silicone – Available in Clear, White and Black – ideal for sealing internal and external displays and signs. INDASOL Polyurethane & EVT – Available in Totally Clear, White and Black – ideal for bonding and sealing internal and external displays and signs. INDASOL Panel Bonder – Self contained spray system for bonding and laminating displays and shop fittings. INDASOL Foam Bonder – Self contained spray system for bonding foam and delicate surfaces. Low solvent so no surface damage.

INDASOL HD Aerosols – General purpose aerosol adhesive for mounting and bonding of posters, displays and pictures.

INDASOL MA900 – 2 Part Structural Adhesive for structural Bonding. Available either White or Black. 50ml or 400ml cartridges. INDASOL Rapid Pink and Green - Fast setting MA Adhesive with 2 to 3 minutes handling time.

INDASOL P100 – Cyanoacrylate (Superglue) – Medium viscosity adhesive for bonding woods and plastics. Ideal for mitre fixing.

Grab N Fix – Instant grab (liquid nails) in a pressurised can, bonds to most surfaces including wood and plaster. Internal grade.

Other Fixing and Display Products In addition to the high performance Tapes and Adhesives we offer, we also supply other types of fixings. One such product is our UHB Power Tabs. This is s semi structural tab which has been specifically designed for ease of removal. Used for mounting displays which are to be removed, this product pulls clean from most surfaces. Another excellent product is our alternative to 3M Dual Lock. Our Mushroom fastener can again provide a semi structural but reversible fixing.

Magnetic Tape – Self Adhesive one side for temporary fixing either internal or external. Ideal for use on ticket strip and promotional displays.

White Magnetic Vinyl – 610mm wide vinyl for either direct printing to or vinyl covering.

Hook and Loop – Available white and black with or without adhesive backing. Self adhesive one side, ideal for exhibitions or removable promotions.

Mushroom Fastener – Alternative to 3M Dual Lock – Offers a semi structural bond but can be unfastened to remove. Available Clear, White and Black with or without adhesive.

Snap Fix Locators – For Built up and Stand off Sign Manufacturing – Clear locator ball system with either white or black cup. Available Small, Medium and Jumbo. UV Stable with a lifetime guarantee.

General Purpose Tapes – Gaffa Tapes in Black and Silver, general purpose Masking Tapes and Packaging Tapes in Clear or Buff.

Surface Cleaning, Priming, Removal and Protecting

INDASOL SP250 - Surface Primer and Degreaser for use with INDASOL UHB products. Primer N94 – Standard Primer for us with UHB Tapes.

Cleaner No1 is an IPA based general surface and panel cleaner. INDASOL – IPA Wipes and Sachets are pre-impregnated wipes with IPA designed for easy surface cleaning.

DSI 1000 Aerosol – Adhesive Remover is an aerosol can containing environmentally safe degreasing and adhesive removing citrus solution. Graffiti Removers – Range of products designed to work on most surfaces without causing damage.

Fusion – Thin water like product ideal for bonding acrylic or polycarbonate in seconds by melting the surfaces together. Exceptionally clear finished bond.

Protection film / foam – Available in a range of colours, thicknesses and widths our films and foams help protect either painted, printed or polished surfaces during transit and installation.
