electronic pressure transducers type G1, ceramic sensor cell, delivered ready calibrated to the pressure height, calculated from tank height minus tank offset, multiplied with given density of the tank medium. Adaptation to changing specific weight and/or tank offset are not possible when once defined. Exactitude: better 0,2 % FR, at least Overpressure: at least 4 bar overpressure safe, Temperature range: valve body –25 ... + 85 °C, membrane --40 ... + 125 °C materials: membrane AL2 O3 , body stainless steel 1.4305 connections: dry installation flange DN 25, PN16 submerged installation guided inside supporting pipe. Electric connection: two-wire-system, supply 24 V DC, 11- 32V Output: analogue 4 – 20 mA Protection degree: IP68 for dry and submerged installation Recommendation: submerged installed sensors should be accessible or removable without entering into the tank. Supplied with type test certificate by Germanischer Lloyd or Bureau Veritas. Draught and Tank Measurement Electronic pressure transducer type G1S , protection class IP68, for submerged installation inside of tanks, fitted with flange DN 40 PN16. Installation with separating sea valve mandatory. Sensors connected with vented cable of 10m length and with vented connection box. Cable diameter 8mm. Bulkhead fitting consisting of flangeplate DN 40 PN16 with cable gland PG 13.5 (stainless steel), and vented connection box included. Please note, that sensor cable to be inserted from tank to outside, i.e. sensor itself cannot be put through protection pipe. Dimensions of pipe acc. to Rules. Electronic pressure transducer type G1D , protection class IP68, for dry installation from outside of tank, fitted with flange DN 25 PN16. Installation with separating sea valve mandatory. Sensors to be connected with two-wire marine cable diameter 8mm. Flange DN 25 PN16. Indication, in BESI control panel electric pointer indicators (240° indication), with double indication filling level and volume or weight, all at a fixed given density of tank content/sea water. electric pointer indicators (90° indication), with indication filling level, volume or weight, all at a fixed given density of tank content/sea water.
