The Saint Joseph Hospital is located in the town of Bornem. It can accommodate over 300 patients and the private rooms are all equipped with bathrooms, television and telephone. Several central battery systems for emergency lighting from CEAG were placed in this building. Besides that, 120 mixed luminaires were placed in the building as well.
Urban style and larger hospital is inevitable for Almere. The city's growth is explosive and the expansion will be triple the hospital floor area. Because of this, existing care facilities was expanded and new functions such as haemodialysis, rehabilitation and radiotherapy added.
