The Workshop

Swiss and Japanese participants Invitation to participate is extended to all Swiss companies, institutions, Universities, research centers, business associations, clusters and press related to this sector. Japanese attendees will be selected on the basis of the business needs expressed by registered Swiss participants. List of participants will be sent to all pre-registered entities during September 2011. The final list of participants will be confirmed in October 2011.

Sponsorship We welcome sponsorship from private and public entities. Please use the registration form to express your intent to sponsor the event according to the sponsorship options available (see attached file). Sponsors will enjoy additional promotion, exposure and special focus, as well as discounts on the registration fees.

Registration and costs Participation is limited and up to 3 persons per entity may attend without additional costs. Registration fees cover costs linked to the organization and additional services related to the event: CHF 2’500.- per company/research institute (to be paid after final registration but before September 4th, 2011).

Fees include: • Participation to the event and to closing event • On-site assistance and professional interpretation services • Documentation (short market analysis and event magazine) Fees do not include travel and lodging costs. How to get to Fukuoka From Zurich or Geneva airports, there are several options (please remember that all flights from Europe arrive the next day in Japan):

Via Osaka • International flight to Osaka-Kansai Airport (next morning) • Board Airport Limousine Bus to Osaka-Itami Airport (75 min) • Domestic flight to Fukuoka airport (1h10 - shortest time with ANA airlines) Please note that Shinkansen (bullet train) connection from Shin-Osaka to Hakata (Fukuoka) rail stations is also possible and allows you to arrive to Hilton Hotel in time for the start of the conference on the same day.
