Survey Statistics The “Salary and Total Compensation for Golf Superintendent” survey was sent to approximately 548 CGSA members. We received 180 responses (33%), including 169 online and 11 on paper. Thirteen of these responses (7.5% of all responses received) were from golf superintendents who have a total compensation package of $150,000 or higher per year. Each respondent did not answer every question; therefore all numbers will not add up to 180. The data is valid as of August 2012.
