Preventive Maintenance Module
Preventive Maintenance Module: A wide range of schedule types are supported, including last done, last due, day of week/week of month, meter, meter high/low, meter and/or frequency, specific weeks of year, and daily with day of week exclusion
Multiple criteria can be used for generating a PM Work Order(WO); If a PM Master is tagged with both meter and time based triggers, SOMAX will issue to whichever comes first, then update the remaining information
PM checklist items can be generated automatically for each equipment item belonging to a group, department, or sharing a common parent ID
PM Association allows the combination of multiple PM tasks with overlapping frequencies (daily, weekly, etc.) into one PM Work Order

Work Request Module: The Work Request module provides a fast, easy, and effective way to report maintenance problems
Work Request Approval Notification via Email (MAPI) is available
