SIMPLE FEEDING SOLUTIONS®

ORIGINAL OPENING SIZE: 1¾”

Most horses do fine with this level. Great for slowing down horses that eat really fast. Also helps horses with heaves, horses that quid and horses that are generally healthy but waste too much hay.

SF

SLOW FEED / OPENING SIZE: 1¼”

Perfect for horses that don’t get enough exercise or are metabolic. Very easy keepers do well on this net level. Also works well as a pacifier for stall-bound horses.

SFX

SLOW FEED EXTREME / OPENING SIZE: 1”

Our most advanced level of net, the SFX is not to be used when introducing a horse to slow feeding. Horses that are extremely obese and don’t maintain a good weight with the SF should be transitioned to the SFX.

LARGE STOCK OPENING SIZE: 2½”

Ideal for use with larger hooved animals and for controlling waste, but not slowing consumption. NOTE: Because of the large openings, the Large Stock Cinch Net® MUST be used with a hay ring feeder that sits flush with the ground.

HEAVY DUTY OPENING SIZE: 1¾”

Our Heavy Duty line is ideal for aggressive eaters. Great for slowing down horses that eat really fast. Also helps horses with heaves, horses that quid and horses that are generally healthy but waste too much hay.

MOUNTING HINTS & TIPS • To easily pull out the pin, press up on the pin from underneath with your thumb. • When mounting your hitch, be sure to allow space for the frame to slide past the pin without having to take the pin completely out. • If you are worried about losing the pin, take a small piece of the included repair twine (8” 10”) and attach it behind the hitch before screwing to the wall.

HINTS, TIPS & WARNINGS • To extend the life of your net, do not let your net go empty. • To wash your net, use regular dish soap NOT BLEACH; as bleach will damage the net’s UV protection and the nylon itself. • Nylon is a fiber that likes moisture, so it’s a good idea to get your net from time to time. Always get your nets wet after storing them for lengthy periods of time. • To mend your net we have included special UV treated nylon string. Simply tie a knot at each end where the net has been worn. Make sure the final opening is no larger than 1-3/4” inches for the horse’s safety. See our repair video on youtube. • ALWAYS offer free choice hay along with your Cinch Net® until your animals have learned to graze from The Cinch Net®. • Warning: Please use extra caution when using with horned animals or horses with blankets or non-breakaway halters. Nets may be used with shod horses, but must be used with a traditional hay ring that is flush with the ground. When using the smaller nets with shod horses, make sure to hang it high enough so the horse cannot paw at it.
