TOTAL CONTROL COURSE (SEVEN WEEKS) Mondays and Wednesdays, beginning June 5 through July 19 5 to 6:15 p.m. Total Control is a pelvic health and wellness class designed to assist with taking control of your intimate core stabilization musculature. The training of these muscles goes beyond Kegels to reduce and eliminate problems such as urine leakage, pelvic pain and pressure and low back pain. Exercises from this class require a participant to be able to get up and down from the floor with minimal help (all of the exercises are low impact and can accommodate various physical issues).
