(vi) Plans for evacuation of the facility and a reference to community evacuation plans, as appropriate; The facility is manned from 7:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. The facility will also be manned during any mainline deliveries. In the event of an emergency that requires evacuation the primary means of egress from the site is the north gate fronting on E. Eseco Road. If this gate is inaccessible then a secondary egress point from the site is the southwestern gate that fronts on S. Little Road. See Figure 1-4 and Figure 1-5 from Section 1.9 reproduced on the following pages.

(vii) A description of immediate measures to secure the source of the discharge, and to provide adequate containment and drainage of discharged oil; and The following information is extracted from the Oil Spill Response Immediate Actions Table of Section 1.7.1.2 of the FRP and is required to be updated whenever the FRP is updated.

OIL SPILL RESPONSE-IMMEDIATE ACTIONS 1.

Stop the product flow Act quickly to secure pumps, close valves, etc.

Warn personnel Enforce safety and security measures. Institute evacuation measures as appropriate in accordance with the FRP

Shut off ignition sources Motors, electrical circuits, open flames, etc.

Initiate containment Surround the tank and/or in the water with oil boom. This may include the construction of minor earthen berms in the drainage ditches to protect the downstream Wetland Pond and placement of sorbent boom and pads. Notify Spill Response Contractors.
