Mounting instructions for Central locking system 80-4402, 2011. 11-04-18/Rolf Karlsson Start by bending and shaping the three mounting brackets and fix it to the control box using the threaded clamps and screws from the kit. Make sure that the screws don’t get in contact with the inside of the laminate.
Place the box and brackets like this upper bracket and not like the lower that extends out in the door opening. Mount it with three sealed rivets from outside and washer on the bracket
Inside the box is the remote controls (keys) packed that belong to this receiver
Fix the five cables to the gas spring with cable tie
Washers if necessary between lock fitting and motor bracket. Shorten the cables and use cable connectors to attach the cables to the locking motor. Make sure that the motor is in line with and parallel to the locking axes axis on on the the handle, otherwise use washers
Right side hatch Place the two cables in a white plastic hose up to the gas spring fitting.
Fix the hose with sealed rivet and cable fastener to the laminate up here
Protect the two cables with black spiral hose and attach it to the thick part of the gas spring on two places with black electrical (plastic) tape. Place the cables on the side of the gas spring so the cables bend into the opening when the hatch is closed.

Make sure that all cables are placed in such a way that it can’t get stuck in the sidelocks. Note! When the installation is ready the system must be tested. Connect the red (+) positive and the black (-) negative-ground to a 12V battery. Test both remote keys. This system also works as a central locking system when you lock or unlock the rear hatch directly in the handle with the normal key, then the side hatches lock or unlock simultaneously.
