EvoWash
The AggMax high attrition system screens and scrubs sand and stones to produce clean final products ready for further use. The AggMax also removes contaminants such as organics and litter through an integrated trash screen.
The EvoWash facilitates the production of an additional sand – typically a construction sand with application in the manufacture of concrete.

This 25,000 TPA road sweepings and gully waste recycling system includes a full water treatment process. A RotoMax high attrition system processes the heavily contaminated material.
The 50,000 TPA road sweepings recycling plant recycles road sweepings and gully waste, supports landfill restoration and recycles water for use in the process.
This 25,000 TPA plant recycles road sweepings and gully waste including leaves, grit, sand and silt. End products include 10mm and 20mm secondary aggregates, grit sand and compost.
This 15,000 TPA road sweepings and gully waste recycling plant is the first of its kind in Australia. This plant will assist local councils to achieve their own waste reduction targets and divert up to 80% of road sweepings from landfill.
This is a project to process up to 10,000 TPA of road sweepings. The plant is designed to produce three stone sizes, a washed sand, organics/plastics, dewatered clay and ferrous metal. Materials will be reused within their sister company, Grundon Sand and Gravel.

Eastern Waste Disposal has set a new standard in recycling with this 50,000 TPA road sweepings and trommel fines recycling plant, including water treatment. With landfill taxes on the increase this is an essential part of safe guarding their business in the years to come.
A custom built system to liberate and remove hydrocarbons from incoming waste sand and soil. The process uses Jet Pump technology to scrub the sand/ soil without incurring wear or using a lot of power. The resulting sand and soil is reducing hydrocarbon content to less than 10,000 TPA.
This system in East London worked on the Olympic park construction and today it processes waste glass from a range of MRF sources, in addition to road sweepings and gully waste.
This 10,000 TPA plant processes road sweepings and gully waste as well as residues from Switzerland’s extensive network of tunnels.

The inclusion of galvanised safety walkways and access stairs as standard on CDEnviro plants ensures safe and easy access for operators and maintenance personnel.
The key to success here is the same as with our design philosophy – each project must be constructed individually to take into account the individual characteristics of the site, the material, the deadline, and the requirements of the process.
All walkways are compliant with BS 5395-3:1985.
Following installation of your Road Sweepings plant the focus switches to ensuring optimum efficiency is maintained. Operation & Maintenance O&M training provides operators with a detailed working knowledge of the plant. Operators who have been trained and approved by CDEnviro will receive a Certificate of Competence on completion of the training.

Recommended Parts List As part of our pro-active approach to ensure maximum plant production we provide detailed Recommended Parts Lists for all plant installations. Health & Safety In today’s climate, where it is paramount to provide a safe working environment for staff, CDEnviro will provide training to ensure Health & Safety is at the forefront of plant operation. New Operators CDE can also provide training and testing for new operators after commissioning is complete. Each customer is supplied with a maintenance schedule and lubrication schedule for their plant, this outlines recommended daily and weekly maintenance guidelines to ensure optimum performance.
Service & Support We have a dedicated team of Service Engineers on the ground who are available to ensure plant performance is maintained at the optimum level. A full history of every Service case is logged and all outcomes and actions required are recorded. All Customers receive regular visits from the Customer Service Manager post commissioning to help answer queries and liaise with the CustomCare Team on their behalf.
Order History The CustomCare Team hold a complete order history for plant parts, this ensures easy re-ordering and also enables our service engineers to maintain a complete picture of plant performance.
