About The Women’s Expo It’s the 15th Anniversary of the Women’s Expo. Y-102 Radio and El Dorado Broadcasters are proud to present this annual event, giving your business the opportunity to reach over 5,000 attendees. From makeup to fashion and home decorating to finance and lifestyle, Women’s Expo hosts a wide array of booths and seminars for women of the High Desert. Our most interactive Expo yet. A spa with hair cuts, manicures, facials and eye brow waxing. Yoga, Jazzercise, Zumba lessons and so much more! This year’s event will take place on Saturday, March 14th from 9am to 3pm at the Fairgrounds in Victorville.

SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT This agreement is made and entered into as of the ___ day of _________, between El Dorado Broadcasters, Victor Valley (hereinafter referred to as OWNER), and _______________________________(hereinafter referred to as EXHIBITOR). The term “PARTIES” refers to the definition of “OWNER” and “EXHIBITOR” as defined in the paragraph immediately preceding this paragraph. EXHIBITOR is hereby given permission to use a portion of the San Bernardino County Fairgrounds, as presenting sponsor hereinafter referred to as PREMISES, for the sole purpose of: The Women’s Expo 2015 on March 14, 2015. Now, therefore, in consideration of the mutual agreements and covenants hereinafter contained and for other good and valuable considerations, the receipt and sufficiency whereof being hereby mutually acknowledged, the parties agree to abide by the following rules and regulations set forth: ·

EXHIBITOR agrees to pay all fees in advance to El Dorado Broadcasters. Payment will be due at time of completion of contract. No EXHIBITOR will be allowed to setup unless these fees have been paid in full.

EXHIBITOR shall conduct its activities in accordance with standards of good taste and shall not permit any unlawful or immoral activity. OWNER shall be the sole judge as to what activities are considered in good taste or immoral. If OWNER should decide EXHIBITOR is practicing any such non-permitted activity, OWNER may upon notice to EXHIBITOR cancel this license agreement.

Exhibitor must monitor their vendor area throughout the duration of the event.

Exhibitor must keep area free of debris and trash; all boxes are to be stored out of sight. Electrical cords must be secured with electrical tape, supplied by exhibitor.

All signage shall be professionally made. No hand written signs will be permitted.

·

The EXHIBITOR understands that all partnerships and printed material are subject to prior approval by OWNER’s management.

EXHIBITOR must sign the enclosed Hold Harmless Agreement

The Exhibitor will receive the following sponsorship items: · ·

HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT In return for a license to participate at El Dorado Broadcasters Women’s Expo 2015 at the San Bernardino County Fairgrounds, _______________________ referred to as “EXHIBITOR”, agrees and undertakes to indemnify and hold harmless El Dorado Broadcasters, Victor Valley and the San Bernardino County Fairgrounds and all their subsidiaries, their agents, servants, and employees from and against any and all claims, damages, actions, liability and expenses in connection with loss of life, personal injury and/or damage to property arising from or out of EXHIBITOR’s occupancy and/or use of the San Bernardino County Fairgrounds or any part thereof occasioned wholly or in part by any act or omission of EXHIBITOR, its agents, contractors or employees. EXHIBITOR also acknowledges that the San Bernardino County Fairgrounds and El Dorado Broadcasters, Victor Valley do not assume any responsibility whatsoever of any property or EXHIBITOR used by or brought on the premises and that EXHIBITOR will take whatever steps it deems necessary to protect same, consistent with the rules and regulations of the San Bernardino County Fairgrounds, with which each EXHIBITOR agrees to comply.
