Must have seat belt hydrostatic interlock option The cab shall have the following Height - 80 inches maximum. Three (3) -speed heater defroster with a minimum of two (2) floor heat vents. Two (2) -speed Pantograph wipers front and rear window. Windshield washers front and rear window. Outside & inside rearview mirror. Dome light. Tractor must be equipped with hydraulic auto/run switch which controls rear hydraulic couplers when connected. Rear hydraulics shut off when tractor is stopped. Three (3) -point seatbelt only. Flat step for safe entry. Be equipped with a sound barrier lining so that the reading will not exceed 80 DBA at 2500 RPM. Interior dimensions in driver’s area must be minimum 45" width, 54" height and 53" length. Exterior roof should be no more than 80.0". Length of unit shall not exceed 146.5". Box Engine

Shall be turbo charged and a minimum of 115 HP at 2500 RPM 4 cylinder engine with no less than 276 cu. in. displacement. Torque shall be 360 ft. lbs. at 1800 RPM minimum. The engine shall be equipped with cold starting aid, block heater, dry air cleaner with pre-cleaner. The engine shall be equipped with an automatic shutdown system activated from low oil pressure or high water temperature and be equipped with a warning light and buzzer. The side hoods shall open on hinges for ease of maintenance and daily checks. The top hood shall open independently. Hood panels to be 16 to 14 gauge steel. Engine shall be water cooled by means of a fan and adequate size radiator to keep the engine cool during extreme conditions. Fan shall be enclosed in a cage and have 1300 sq. in. air intake. The system shall also be equipped with hydraulic oil cooler. Radiator and oil cooler shall be enclosed and sealed to keep dirt and objects from entering fins. The PTO shall be mechanical by way of a clutch 11-1/2" over center type. Shall be electric over hydraulic with indicator light. Front only with a minimum 1-3/8" diameter 6 spline 540 PTO RPM. Front with dual double-acting lifting cylinders. Must be capable of attaching existing trackless attachments with no modifications. There shall be an up/down switch located between the front 2 lift cylinders to control the lift cylinders when connecting attachments. For safety, the switch controls the cylinders at 25% hydraulic flow rate and will not operate if anyone is present in the operator’s seat. The tractor is to come equipped with an electronic fuel management/saver mode to Reduce fuel consumption. An independent fuel test report must be submitted with the tender verifying that the tractor has been tested with the fuel management/saver mode system. Capacity shall be a minimum of 105 liters.

Hydraulic System
Shall be hydrostatic and controlled by a single Electronic foot pedal. Must have a built-in safety neutral switch. Shall have a rating of 175 HP minimum and a relief valve. The tractor shall also be equipped with a two (2) speed transmission which provides low speed range and high speed range. High/low range transmission shall also incorporate a neutral position which can be shifted into without leaving the driver’s seat. Equipped with seat belt hydrostatic interlock. Shall be gear pump capable of delivering a minimum of 20 GPM. Front of tractor must be equipped with a minimum of 8 couplers. The rear of tractor shall be equipped with two (2) high output couplers (10 GPM) minimum. Auxiliary 14 gpm pump shall be supplied. Two of the front couplers shall also be high output. Page 3 of 6

Hydraulic functions shall be controlled by a single electronic joystick - No Exceptions. The joystick shall include the forward/neutral/reverse switch for the hydrostatic transmission. The system shall have a 10 micron filter rated for 50 GPM and be equipped with a condition indicator. All hoses shall be supported and routed in such a way that wear will not occur by rubbing against sharp railings. Machine Height Machine width Axles

Hubs to have 8 wheel studs to accept currently city owned spare tires. Tire size LT245/75R-16 radials and manufactured in North America. 10.0x16 Wheels Shall be equipped with three (3) braking systems - hydrostatic, service and parking. Describe the function and operation of each individual brake. Stainless steel Lines. 12-volt DC negative ground. Battery shall be 950 CCA minimum. Alternator output shall be 130 amp minimum and a voltmeter in the cab to monitor charging system. All switches for lights, heater, wipers and ignition shall be in overhead console and visible to the operator at all times. Complete wiring harnesses shall be sealed, color coded and be routed in such a way as to protect the harnesses from shorting out. Page 4 of 6

Training
One complete set of operating, parts and service manuals including attachments shall be supplied with the unit, including CD. One complete set of replacement filters to be supplied. To be delivered to the Municipal Service Centre, 3200 Stanley Avenue, Niagara Falls, Ontario. Delivery time from date of order within 30 days. Tenderer to provide operators and mechanics with information and training when unit is delivered for a minimum of 4 hours.
