We seek to strengthen leadership, create ownership, build partnerships and enhance our capabilities to instill a strong safety culture across the value chain. We instill a sense of ownership in our workforce, by influencing positive changes to mindsets, training and equipping personnel with the right skills, as well as enhancing our facilities.
