Club Time Beginning Wednesday, February 10th and running until Spring Break, students will have the opportunity to join a club sponsored by a staff member. There will be 4 club days from 12:45-1:30pm on February 10, 17, March 2 and 9th. Some clubs are already up and running such as Student Council and Me to We, while others will be introductory clubs that only run for the 4 weeks. The idea is to introduce new activities to students and expose them to some extracurricular activities. Students can choose from the following clubs: Sewing, Minecraft, Mindfulness, Speaking for Animals, Anime, Art Exploration, The Art of Happiness, Wide Games, Stop Animation, Korean language and culture, Board Games, Stair Challenge, Introduction to Poi Dancing, Qi Gong and Completion Club. Students had until Friday, January 29th to let their teachers know which clubs are their top three choices. The Club committee will do everything we can to ensure students get one of their top three choices. Students who are already members of clubs such as Student Council, Me to We, Hockey Skills Academy, Go Girls and Guys Only will have this time to participate in their existing club without missing school time.
