ISO 14001 Certification GREEN CREDENTIALS As a part of our Property & Asset Management services, we are also able to offer our clients the opportunity to have their assets ISO 14001 certified. We work with our clients to ensure their assets are efficiently managed in such a manner as to maximise their value. Due to the changing dynamics of world economies and market drivers, green credentials are becoming evermore important to both landlords and prospective tenants. We ensure our clients assets remain viable and competitive by implementing Environmental Management Systems to obtain the ISO 14001 certification and further entice tenants into efficiently run and managed buildings. On successful completion of the ISO certification, we are also able to benchmark the asset against all of our other ISO certified assets. This gives us the opportunity to compare and contrast the environmental impact of the asset and further reduce its energy consumption and consequently the running costs. Our track record in this area is second to none as we recently had the E-LITE building ISO 14001 certified, one of the first in Brussels.
