For all STS Passes – As of 01 Sept 2015, pre-validation is required at time of purchase – Travellers no longer need to validate pass in Switzerland



Currency change for Swiss products will result in large price increase on 01 Jan 2016 – Swiss products will be available in two ranges, either EUR or CHF – The selling currency is based on your company’s decision as stated in the Contract Appendix – No change to Euronet booking flow – EUR will print EUR currency on the tickets – CHF will print CHF currency on the tickets

That means a ticket with 1st day of validity of 13 Dec, can be refunded until end of day 13 Dec 17

Hamburg-Munich rerouted – Hamburg/Lüneburg/Hanover/Göttingen/Kassel to Stuttgart/Plochingen/Göppingen/Ulm – Provides night train connections to Innsbruck via Munich on weekends in winter



Berlin – Munich CNL service discontinued



T6 compartment will now accommodate 5 passengers maximum



T4 compartment discontinued



When seats and sleepers are both offered on a CNL, coaches with sleepers will have CNL equipment code and coaches with seats will have TIC equipment code.

ATOC – Tickets can now be retrieved at Heathrow Airport at National Rail Kiosks – Kiosks have been installed in the following locations: • Central terminal area beneath Terminals 2 and 3 (2 kiosks) • Arrivals area in Terminal 4 (2 kiosks) and 5 (1 kiosk) • Platform level in Terminal 5 (1 kiosk) – Easy retrieval of Heathrow Express tickets – IMPORTANT: Tickets can only be retrieved from a National Rail kiosk (see image) 19

France – The UEFA Euro Cup will be played in France from midJune 2016 to mid-July 2016 – SNCF has opened reservations for some domestic TGV trains much earlier to meet demand – Since 25 Sep reservations for these TGV trains have been available for travel between 10 June to 11 July 2016

Italy – Extraordinary Holy Year, the Jubilee of Mercy, has been recently announced. It will begin on 08 Dec 2015, and will conclude on 20 Nov 2016
