ELA Premium Quality “Made in Germany” Basic equipment of an ELA Premium-Container: Porch, earthed light switch and wall sockets, lights, 2 KW electrical heating, distribution board with earth leakage circuit breaker and automatic circuit breaker Multipurpose external door 875 x 2000 in solid, zinc plated and doublewalled performance, aluminum drip molding, door lock and handle set as well as solid ties according to DIN 18272, security cylinder lock with profile cylinder and 3 keys. All used materials are formaldehyde-free. After coupling with the outside CEE connection, the container is immediately ready for use. Power requirement: 2,2 kW

Windows:  Double casement windows, one side fixed, one side with tilt and turn fitting  Insulating glazing, U = 1.1 W/m2K  Aluminium roller shutters, double-walled foam filled, with permanent ventilation.

ELA-Container Technology

Best materials for long durability and high sustainability ELA-Container is a perfectly sophisticated system guarantees universal applicability.

Already at the early stage our Constructing Engineers have speculated on the universal operational capability of ELA Premium Containers. This and the results of more than 40 years practical work have left their marks on the basic construction. Also for individual assemblies of containers for special aims a competent team for planning is available in order to construct on the basis of their broad expert knowledge containers for each imaginable intended use. The best choice of materials along with properly technical performance characterizes the high quality, the long-term durability and the sustainability.

Cut through the roof and floor

Walls Built in sandwich-technique and best insulated against humidity and coldness. The exterior shell consists of 0.63 mm thick hot zinc dipped metal sheets, slightly profiled, which can individually be finished. ELA also uses inside plastic-coated even plate. Thereby plans, drawings etc. can be fixed with magnets. ELA-sandwich wall 6

Frame Construction By automated, computer-controlled cutting technique a maximum of accuracy rate is ensured, a guarantee for the constant outstanding quality of each ELA-Container Frame. The frame is self-supporting and also stackable without walls.

Floor construction Manufactured using sandwichtechnique and optimally insulated against humidity and coldness. The upper layer consists of 15 mm thick OSB-4-panels which form the basis for the flooring to be installed later on.

ELA-frame construction

Structural analysis The basic structural analysis and the solid frame construction make it possible that ELA-Containers can be assembled one upon the other or optionally side by side as many as you want. Thereby plenty of possible combinations can be carried out later on. Of course, you can get on demand a type test or structural analysis on each ELA-Container.

Mobile rooms according to your wishes ELA Rental Containers can form all sizes of rooms due to their wide product variety. Of course, you can buy your individual ELA room. We ensure our conformation to all planning departments’ directives like special requirements concerning fire protection, certificates according to the latest EnEV (energy-saving-regulation), thermal– and sound insulation certificates, drawings in the respective measuring units, or complete structural analysis up to the Energy Performance Certificate. 7

The ELA-Container Check List

Certificates for structured and safety-conscious work  ISO 9001:2008 The best quality can only be guaranteed in case of complete control of all working processes involved. Already since the foundation in 1972, all ELAContainer has been passing detailed quality controls when being produced and during the whole work flow. Since 1997 an accredited certification company has been performing controls and checks of all work flows.  SCC** The “Safety Contractoren Certificat” certifies ELA the compliance with actually valid safety regulations, not only for production in the works but also for the assembly on the site at customers’. The latter one is getting more and more important, because many construction sites have got sensitive safety regulations. The ELA-assemblers are therefore all “SCC**-trained managers”. They have their own PSL-books (PSL = Personal Safety Logbook), where all training records are being noted. Each one has got complete safety equipment, as well as certified and admitted tools, the respective protective clothing and different barrier material for the protection of the mounting surfaces.

 Welding certificate of the Germanischen Lloyd (GL) Containers are today exposed to high loads. They are used in many different places both in winter and in summer. They are off loaded and loaded up or stacked. High performance is demanded from each container-construction. ELA-Containers for the offshore-use are certified therefore by the Germanischen Lloyd. Besides the choice of certified material, only professionally trained experts are working during the processing for ELA. Expert advice on the spot without any additional costs

Characteristics 3 m-, or 2.5 m wide containers, active contribution to the environmental protection Using 3 m wide ELA Premium Rental Containers means most efficient space planning. With fewer modules the same floor space can be created, but you need fewer trucks for the delivery and re-delivery. For the assembly and disassembly no crane work needed and the energy consumption is optimized. Has your saving potential been accurately calculated? It will actively contribute to the environmental protection. Flexibility: Are there inner metal walls for fixing plans and drawings with the help of magnets? No additional metal rails are necessary. Flexibility: Can the container rapidly expanded through exchangeable components? Due to that you can integrate air conditioners, additional window elements or fly-screens on demand within one minute. Next summer is just around the corner! Electrical installation: Is the electrical connection cable an inherent part of the container? Then it cannot be stolen. Safety: Are there solid multipurpose doors with strong hinges? Protect yourself against burglars! Safety: Can the containers be insured against damages like fire, flashes of lightning, vandalism, etc. (e. g. by ELA for 0.66 € per container and day)? If the worst comes to the worst you are protected and your risk can be calculated. Quality and safety: Is the quality conforming to SCC- and ISO-certification? Electrical test protocols of each individual container must be available and on demand they can be presented to construction inspections and the industry control offices. Insulation – your energy costs during the rental period: The following values of our large format panels care for small maintenance costs: Roof: 80 mm PUR-high density polyurethane foam – U = 0.29 W / m²K Walls: 50 mm PUR-high density polyurethane foam – U = 0.45 W / m²K Floor: 50 mm PUR-high density polyurethane foam – U = 0.44 W / m²K Offer / need of containers / advice on the site without any further costs: Are the containers you need for your project accurately calculated? Are there CAD-drawings and a written offer? Do you get advice on the site without costs? Assembly and meeting the deadline Trained ELA staff assembly themselves and deliver always on time with more than 50 selfowned trucks – all with cranes on board. Accessories: Does the supplier offer furniture and accessories of his own, e. g. stairs and podiums, fine particle filters, acoustical ceilings, etc.? Complaint service: Does the company have a 24 hrs hotline? Are failures during the rental period being handled immediately by a dealer network all over Germany? Appearance: Do the containers represent your good image and are they optically and technically in a very good condition? Sales promotion / finishing: Does the supplier offer the possibility of attaching billboards and the finishing in colors according to your wishes?

The ELA Exchangeable Components Each ELA-Container is completely equipped and conceived for the immediate use. Sockets, light switches, lights and heatings. After coupling with the outside CEE connection, the container is immediately ready for use. With the ELA Exchangeable Components we can quickly react on your growing needs. For the warm season you can for example integrate air conditioners. With one simple move you can loosen the existing element and install a new one. Plug in the socket and within one minute the device is ready to operate. In the same time you can change the electrical heating against gas heating. The ELA-Glass Elements care for a representative optic.
