Materials Wood
Wood is a material proven through centuries. Easy to work with, long-lasting and with indispensable qualities and unmistakable appearance. Doors and windows were made out of wood from the ancient times. The basic requirement - to protect human habitation against external influences - was gradually accompanied by functional and aesthetic requirements. Modern doors and windows must therefore meet frequently contradictory, previously incompatible demands. The current system of HASIL´s wooden fillings allows assembly of the product with required parameters. By selecting fillings, glazing, cassettes, frames and solid walls we can customize windows and doors with fire resistance properties to fit structures without fire resistant properties while guaranteeing fire resistance EI and EW from 15 to 60 minutes. A comprehensive range of wood products allows us to offer doors, windows and solid walls in all sorts of variations and designs. They can be installed both indoors as well as in facades in fire and not fire resistant versions. Wooden structures can give a special nature to the interior of new buildings while respecting the requirements for renovation of historic buildings.
Aluminium
Aluminum has become an indispensable material used in window and door frames and facades. Modern representative appearance, lightness, durability and weather resistance made aluminum structures a favorite of modern architecture. Interrupted thermal bridge in a special version allows certain types of profiles to withstand fire load. The variability of profiles allows us to flexibly respond to customers´ demands. The system used allows us to offer designs with fire resistance from 15 to 90 minutes in a design EI or EW. Using automatic spraying we can increase the fire resistance up to EI 180 min.
Steel
Steel is still traditionally the highest quality material which is in combination with other materials unsurpassed in terms of fire resistance. Because of its mechanical properties, it is the most desirable material in heavy duty and has the highest fire resistance. Galvanized coating allows us to use it in outdoors. Fire resistant steel solid partially glazed doors have a fire resistance up to 120 minutes.
