Since 2007, EADS Sogerma has been demonstrating good financial health and excellent industrial performances that allow her to be awarded on major new WPs, to gain significant market share and to face sound growth despite current crisis.

EADS Sogerma is now acknowledged as a major European Aerostructure Tier1 and a key Worldwide Seat Manufacturer. This first step is the result of huge efforts done internally in our organization and in our processes, following basic Kaizen principles. Indeed, this lean approach applied in our company leads both to On Time / On Quality Deliveries and to cost decrease, therefore, to our Customers' Satisfaction! This has definitively been the base of our last 3 years successes and contract gains. Now, time is to expand this Continuous improvement culture to our supply base, as our coming improvements will be driven by and with you, our partners. We thus decided to launch the program called: "Preferred Supplier Program". The objective of this program is to select the best in class partners who will have close and dedicated privilege relationships with EADS Sogerma and will be part of our future for the coming years. This Preferred Supplier status will indeed allow you to get more benefits working in a closely manner with EADS Sogerma such as upstream integration in our program, design to cost approach, dedicated trainings, regular performance follow up meetings, and increase market share/turnover.
