Terms & Conditions - Poznan, Poland (Please Review Carefully) Reservation & Payment Procedures: Deposit: A $750 deposit per person and signed Reservation Form is required to secure a reservation and must be received at WCS no later than February 2, 2009. As space is limited, reservations will be made on a first-come, firstserved basis. Your full name listed on your reservation form must be identical to that shown on your passport. Acceptable form of payment for deposit is: CHECK ONLY – personal, money order, credit card convenience check, or bank checks are allowed. WCS will send you a postcard acknowledging receipt of your deposit. Within five weeks after receipt of your deposit you will receive a tour confirmation/invoice plus a Welcome Packet. NOTE: WCS strongly recommends purchasing the travel protection plan at time of deposit. This plan will provide coverage for trip cancellation/ interruption due to medical emergencies, death in the family, job loss, etc. (see pamphlet for details) Final Payment: The balance due for your tour must be received at WCS no later than March 23, 2009. Reservations may be cancelled and we reserve the right to levy full cancellation charges as set forth in these conditions if full payment is not received by the due date. Acceptable forms of payment for balance due are: personal check, money order, bank checks, credit card convenience check, or a credit card. Discover, MasterCard, and Visa only. Late Bookings/Payments: Reservation requests received after the February 2 deposit deadline will incur a $50 per person late booking fee. If the reservation is requested after the final payment due date of March 23, the fee of $50.00 along with your final payment will be due within 24 hours and all applicable cancellation penalties will apply thereafter. Acceptable forms of payment for late bookings include credit card, credit card convenience checks, money order or certified check. NO PERSONAL CHECKS. If requested services cannot be confirmed, deposit and late booking fee will be refunded. Tour Selection: Tours will be assigned in the order Reservation Forms are received on a firstcome, first-served basis. WCS will try to place you on one of your five tour choices but we cannot guarantee tour availability. Therefore, DO NOT list any tour choices on your reservation form that you are not willing to accept. If all your tour choices are unavailable, WCS will contact you with alternate tour options.

Passengers Who Wish To Travel Together: If you plan to travel with a group of friends or a roommate, it is imperative that all Reservation Forms are received in the same envelope and that all tour selections are identical. Single Supplement: This is the additional cost for a single person to have a private room whether by choice or as a result of not having a roommate. If you wish, WCS will do everything possible to find a roommate for you, but we cannot guarantee that a roommate will be found. The single supplement must be included with your final payment if you do not have a roommate. If WCS cannot find a roommate for you, it is not a valid reason for cancellation. Travel Protection Plan: We STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you obtain our optional insurance with coverage for trip cancellation due to medical emergency or job loss as well as baggage protection and more. Please refer to the enclosed brochure for further details. This plan can be purchased at a cost of $149 per person. Only services rendered by WCS are covered. The plan’s PRE-EXISTING CONDITION EXCLUSION will be waived if the plan cost is received with your deposit. Trip cancellation coverage starts the moment we accept your payment. Land-Only (No Air Fare) Participants: Delegates may choose to purchase the Land-Only portion of any itinerary. Land-Only participants will be responsible for arranging their own air transportation including ALL flights within Europe as well as their own transfers both to and from the airport and their hotel. If your flights coincide with your group’s schedule, you will be allowed to transfer with them. Land-Only participants may deduct the amount of $650 per person from the tour price. Please note: Once deposit has been received, a fee of $125.00 per person will be charged for any delegate who requests to change from Land-Only to air inclusive or vice versa. Notification of such a change must be submitted in writing and is subject to availability. No changes can be made after March 23, 2009. WCS will not be responsible for any tour features that are missed due to your LandOnly status. Returned Checks: There will be a $35 processing fee for each returned check due to insufficient funds.

Currency Exchange: Rates are based on tariffs and currency exchange levels in effect at the time of printing. WCS reserves the right to revise the selling rates in the event of a significant change in these tariffs and currency exchange levels. Taxes: As of the date of printing, local and central government taxes and port fees are included for all services as levied by the governments of the United States and countries visited as specified. In the unlikely event that tax and/or fee structures are amended at any time prior to the travel date, WCS will pass on all such additional taxes to the passenger. Airport and airline taxes and fees are NOT included. Revisions: Written requests for changes (air or tour) cannot be submitted until you have received a tour confirmation and invoice. Requests submitted prior to this will be disregarded and will need to be resubmitted. Tour Changes: A $75 per person fee, plus any expenses imposed by suppliers, will be charged for each requested and confirmed tour change. Change of Address: Please notify WCS in writing immediately of any address changes. WCS will not be responsible for any documents that are lost due to an incorrect address. Changes in Itineraries and Program Assignment: WCS reserves the right to make changes in fees, travel dates, cities, itinerary sequence, reversal of trip direction, airlines, hotels, and sightseeing. WCS will make every effort to accommodate your request. If not available, your revision fee will be refunded. Once the new flights are confirmed, you will be notified. Since this is based on space availability, please try to be flexible with your return date. International Flights: WCS utilizes regularly scheduled flights. WCS is not responsible for flight delays, missed connecting flights, long layovers or any expenses related to such delays. Participants are responsible to communicate directly with the airlines regarding any frequent flyer issues of which WCS assumes no responsibility. Domestic Air Transportation To and From JFK or Newark: Delegates are responsible to book and purchase their own domestic ticket to and from JFK or Newark. Please DO NOT book domestic flights from your home city until you have received your Welcome Packet including your tour confirmation, invoice and confirmed international flight schedule. Please leave ample time in both directions for connecting. Your international carrier will NOT be responsible if you miss your flight due to domestic flight delays or weather related issues. Passports: If you do not have a valid passport, you should start the process immediately. Your passport should be valid for at least six months following the date you are scheduled to return from your trip (Approximately February 2010). Your full name listed on your Reservation Form MUST BE IDENTICAL to that shown on your passport. Once your tour has been confirmed, there will be a $35.00 revision fee to make a name change. After tickets have been issued, there will be a fee of $150.00 plus any applicable airline charges to make a name change. Without the proper documentation, you may be denied entry to one or all of the countries visited on your tour itinerary. WCS does not accept responsibility for passengers who fail to obtain the proper documentation required for all countries visited on their tour.
