Verde Green USDA Organic 100% Agave 375ml VERDE GREEN 100% de Agave Organic Tequila is a small batch of artisan Tequila produced at the Destiladora Del Valle de Tequila in Jalisco, Mexico. The process of distilling organic tequila is twice that of traditional tequilas, taking up to 65 days to naturally ferment since no additives are used. The Agaves that are used to produce this fine organic tequila are certified USDA free of any pesticides or chemicals and are tested for peak sugar content before harvesting by hand. We use the same high quality Reposado Tequila in these products as we use in the regular Tequila. Hijos de Villa Tequila w/worm This is the first tequila with a worm. Many people do not realize that Mezcal is the spirit with the worm and when they show up to liquor stores they ask for the “tequila” with a worm and the retailer hands them a mezcal. Now a tequila is available with the flavor everyone expects with the added fun of the worm inside. Unfortunately Mexican tequila laws don’t allow a worm in tequila therefore it has to say tequila liqueur for that reason. Divino Mezcal This unaged Mezcal is produced in the traditional but less well known method refered to as pechuga. Although pechuga litteraly traslates to “little chicken breast” which is sometimes used with Mezcal, however, our pechuga is Mezcal with a pear in the bottle. This is similar to the method of making Poire William in France. This is quite an eye catcher.

Divino Mezcal w/Worm Divino Mezcal with worm is the same Mezcal that is found in Divno with Pear, but in a more traditional presentation. The worm lives in the agave plant and is typically placed in the Mezcal to define it as authentic. It is considered a right of passage to eat the worm.

Santiago Ridge Wines - Chile Terroir: Mediterranean climate characterized by large day/night temperature differences as a result of the proximity with the Pacific Ocean (80 Km) and Andes Mountains (60 Km). Unlike the neighboring areas, Requingua receives a fair amount of wind coming from the south during the summer afternoons. This helps keep the temperature from rising too much during the summer months. Requingua’s annual precipitation is 600mm concentrated during the winter months. Soil: Hillside blocks with gravity soil over a stone layer approximately 1 meter deep. Viticulture: 14 year old vineyards with a Guyot training system and low yields. Harvest: All of the grapes for this wine were hand-picked during the second half of April. Vinification: These wines underwent cold maceration and were fermented in stainless steel. Following malolactic fermentation the wine was aged in French and American Oak Barrels and bottled at the estate.

with pink reflections. Cassis, nuts, and dried fruits driven aroma. Smooth and supple mouth evolves into round tannins keeping that same suppleness.
