Argentina White Wine Rupes Chardonnay Pale straw yellow, with fresh, fruity aromas showing hints of eucalytus forest flowers and pink grapefruit. Well balanced with a crisp refreshing finish. Pablo Cortez Chardonnay Deep yellow in colour and a broad nose with hints of asparagus, this Chardonnay has a young and fruit driven palate with a persistent finish. San Felipe Reserva Chardonnay Pale golden yellow in colour, a complex and generous bouquet with suggestive honey and spice aromas, fresh, crisp and well balanced on the palate.

Red Wine Rupes Shiraz Malbec Deep red with a purple tint, this wine has aromas of plums, figs and chocolate. It has great depth of flavour with red fruits and a good structure of ripe tannins. Pablo Cortez Malbec A vibrant colour, this Malbec has a nose offering a mixture of berries with plum notes and a full- bodied palate dominated by red fruit with a persistent finish. San Felipe Barrel Select Malbec Intense with lots of body. Notes of fruit, oak and candied vanilla greet the nose and follow into the mouth. Soft supple tannins on the palate. Salentein Pinot Noir Initially the palate is sweet, with a remarkable presence of soft, silky tannins and a well balanced acidity. It has fruity notes that combine beautifully with the vanilla notes contributed by oak ageing.

Australia White Wine Joey Brown White Showing fresh vibrant apple fruit on the palate, the wine is well balanced with a generous nose and peachy palate. Euca Hill Chardonnay Creamy textured with aromas of hot buttered toast and crumpets with hints of warm spices on the finish. Whistling Duck Semillion Sauvignon A crisp, refreshing wine with fruity flavours on the palate, with lemon blossom, freshly cut grass and stone fruit aromas. Moonfish Bay Chardonnay A fruity and easy drinking style chardonnay. Full of peach and stone fruit characters with no oak ageing . Fresh fruity and a nice dry finish. Richland Viognier Straw yellow in colour with a green hue and displays fragrant nose of apricot, orange blossom and musk. The full bodied palate is fruity, rich and luscious with flavours of sweet peach, apricot and spice. A classic Viognier. Richland Pinot Grigio A well made Australian Pinot Grigio made by the Calabria Family at Westend winery. Full of Fruit in the style of a Veneto Pinot Grigio with a little more body and alcohol due to the hot summer sunshine. Good fruit structure and a satisfying finish. Mountbridge Reserve Chardonnay A complex, fruit driven white wine with delicate floral aromas, characteristic peaches and tropical fruit flavours with a hint of oak.

Australia Red Wine Joey Brown Red Easy drinking soft red wine from Australia, integrated tannins with clean acidity and a pleasant finish. Euca Hill Shiraz Warm flavours of pastille sweets with hints of black pepper and dark winter fruits. Whistling Duck Cabernet-Merlot A warm nose with some blackcurrant fruit dominated followed by brambles and mulberry. A good palate structure of berries and a soft finish. Moonfish Bay Shiraz A rich and savoury Shiraz from South Eastern Australia with dark chocolate notes, cinnamon and a smooth rounded finish. Peppery but a fruit driven youthful style. Mountbridge Reserve Merlot Soft, plummy wine with gently integrated tannins, intense flavour characteristics and a cleansing acidity with a good finish. Mountbridge Reserve Shiraz Great value Shiraz from South East Australia, great fruit concentration with white pepper undertones and a long integrated finish. Richland The Black Shiraz Traditional style open fermenters were used to create this outstanding example of Shiraz. Spicy fruit and soft oak tannins ensure this wine is suitable to enjoy with tender steak or grilled lamb. Chocolate Box Cabernet Sauvignon The wine is blended to taste like chocolate truffles with ripe blackcurrant being beautifully balanced with subtle vanilla, cassis and minty chocolate finish. A long rewarding finish to savour. Westend Cool Climate Tempranillo Bright Garnet /purple in colour. The complex bouquet gives images of fresh red fruits, sweet spiciness and cedar oak. On the palate the senses will continue to be excited by the fruit flavours that are held together with fine seductive velvety tannins.

Australia Red Wine Three Bridges “Durif” Incense deep purple colour with a vibrant purple hue. Its displays aromatic blood plum and dark chocolate nose. The full bodied palate of ripe blackberries, plums and chocolate is supported by toasty American oak contributing vanilla and coconut. The palate is rich with sweet fruit and rich alcohol. Devils Corner Pinot Noir Tasmania A lighter bodied style but there is no shortage of flavour with silky tannins and a long supple finish. Created from 100% Pinot Noir from the Northern Vineyards of Tasmania. Ass Kisser Shiraz Don’t let the mischievous name fool you - this is a premium wine with the grapes being gently pressed at night to ensure optimum quality.

Rose Wine Joey Brown Rose Bright, fresh style with lively acidity. On the palate there is a determined spice note weaving through the delicate watermelon fruit. The finish remains crisp and fresh. Euca Hill Shiraz Rose Warm flavours of pastille sweets with hints of black pepper and dark winter fruits.

Napa Cellars Merlot This wine hails from the cooler part of the Napa valley where the climate produces a low yield of high quality grapes making this superb merlot. The wine is rich is colour with full red berries with cherries and dark chocolate. Suitable tannins and cinnamon on the palate with a lovely finish. Chile White Wine Rio Roca Sauvignon Classic Chilean Sauvignon, crisp citrus and gooseberry flavours with clean acidity and a mouth watering freshness. Volandas Sauvignon Blanc A beautiful wine with an enticing nose of ripe green fruit, a crisp refreshing acidity and an integrated palate of citrus fruit and gooseberries all leading into a long pleasant finish. Volandas Chardonnay Beautifully weighted Chardonnay with a clean acidity, plenty of finesse and stone fruit aromas leading into a long and pleasant finish. La Palma Sauvignon Blanc Fresh and intense, with hints of grapefruits, grassy and subtle tropical fruit notes. Ideal on its own or served with fish, poultry, salads and white meats. La Palma Chardonnay This wine is full of ripe, tropical fruit aromas and flavours, with a rich and pleasant long finish. Serve on its own or with fish, white meats and salads. Chile Red Wine Rio Roca Merlot Classic Merlot with soft balanced red fruit with plum notes, a fresh acidity and a long involved finish. Volandas Merlot Fantastic Merlot from Chile, beautifully rounded with notes of red fruit and plums, velvety tannins and a long finish. Volandas Cabernet Sauvignon Beautiful wine with pronounced dark fruit character with some eucalyptus and mint with integrated tannins and a lovely long finish with palate cleansing acidity. La Palma Merlot This wine is deep violet red with wonderful aromas of blackberries, cherries and plums. It is soft, round, mouth-filling enhanced by a long finish. Great with red meats, roasted duck, chicken, pork, pizza and aged cheeses. La Palma Cabernet Sauvignon With dominant aromas of fresh red cherries and plums with a medium body. Very fruity and fresh on the palate with good acidity and a long agreeable finish. La Capitana Barrel Reserve Carmenre A deep red with a violet tinge this wine shows spicy plums, cherries and blueberries on the palate. This is beautifully combined with subtle vanilla and chocolate gained from the aging in new American oak. Lovely soft tannins give an excellent and full finish. One to savour. Don Reca Merlot Gran Reserva 2007 A wine of rich complexity, showing attractive notes of oak, blackberries, mocha, coffee and sweet plum flavours. The oak ageing in small French oak barrels gives a real taste of coffee and vanilla on the finish which lasts and lasts.

France White Wine Le Cellier Dry Good quality Vin de France showing primary fruit with a medium body and clean acidity leading into a pleasant finish. Le Cellier Medium Dry Beautifully smooth Vin de France medium white with stone fruit character, a clean acidity and a long finish. Pierre Lacasse Sauvignon Blanc Expressive, exotic aromas of grapefruit and gooseberry with an attractive herbaceous edge. The Palate has a slight weight with extremely pronounced gooseberry and citrus fruit, finishing with refreshing acidity. Pierre Lacasse Chardonnay Fabulous fresh aromas of green fruit. A full and rich Chardonnay displaying a broad and rich palate predominantly custard apple with a nice splash of lemon zest, finishing off-dry and soft. Bordeaux Sauvignon AC Dulong Pale yellow and brilliant colour robe with green highlights; fruity and floral bouquet of exotic fruits and white fruit aromas; Long finish with citrus and lemony floral notes. Sancerre Marquis De Goulaine A crisp, aromatic dry white wine with a distinctive floral aroma. Serve chilled as an aperitif or as accompaniment to seafood, fish and goats cheese. Pouilly Fume AC Marquis de Goulaine Pale straw colour with aromas of gooseberry, grass, lemon and guava. Refreshing herbaceous flavours with flinty notes and a long, slightly leafy finish with fresh acidity. A youthful, elegant and attractive wine that needs a little time to breath. Pouilly Fuisse Domaine Quinson Typical aromas with fruit and floral notes.A perfumed, silky and elegant wine that is best enjoyed young and nicely chilled. Excellent with seafood. Macon Blanc Villages, Labaume Elegant Macon white with fresh apple flavours and a hint of tropical fruit with a broad palate and bright finish.

France White Wine Marquis d’Alban, White Graves A rich, full bodied white with Sauvignon and Semillon characters giving a rounded citrus palate and crisp zesty finish. Picpoul de Pinet Domiaine Delsol Coteaux de Languedoc Made from the Picpoul grape which is unique to the Languedoc region. This is a crisp citrusy wine with subtle mineral and nutty overtones. Chablis Elegance Moreau & Fils Golden in colour with green highlights. Elegant, complex, well-developed nose with scents of white blossoms and mild spice reminiscent of lemongrass and white mint. Full powerful and mineral on the palate with flavours of citrus zest. Chablis Premier Cru Quinson This wine has a lovely, lemon white colour. The very expressive nose has a fruity dominance, powerfully aromatic on the palate and has a lengthy persistence. Bordeaux Sauvignon AC Dulong Pale yellow and brilliant colour robe with green highlights; fruity and floral bouquet of exotic fruits and white fruit aromas; Long finish with citrus and lemony floral notes. Rare Vinyards Marsanne-Viognier Honeysuckle and peach aromas combine with soft ripe apple fruit flavours.

Rose Wine Le Cellier Rose Good quality French Rose, ripe summer fruit on the palate with a crisp acidity and a long delicate finish. Pierre Lacasse Rose Ripe vibrant rosé, on the nose clean red berry fruit in abundance, followed by soft redcurrant fruit on the palate, a hint of creamy yoghurt giving the wine a slight off-dry finish that lingers well. Rose d’Anjou A delicately sweet wine made from a blend of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon.

France Red Wine Le Cellier Red Good quality Vin de France Rouge with ripe red fruit, a medium body and a lovely mouth feel all leading into a clean finish. Pierre Lacasse Merlot Smooth well rounded Merlot, a delightful nose of rich plum and damson which follows through onto the palate supported by fine-grained well integrated tannins. Lovely silky finish. Pierre Lacasse Cabernet Sauvignon Delicious blackcurrant and cassis fruit with a slight smokiness on the nose. A full, well structured palate displaying dark fruits of the forest a firm gripping tannins on the finish. Chateau Lavison Claret AC (also available in ½ bottles) A intense ruby red coloured wine, with a full body. The palate is fruity with a well balanced flavour. Dulong Grand Vin de Bordeaux AC Lively ruby red with violet reflections and fruit aromas of ripe red fruits on the nose. The palate is fresh savoury and well balanced with good structure and an excellent finish. Cotes du Rhone Chemin Du Pape AC Wonderful perfume of dried herbs, blackberry, brambles and redcurrant. Richly concentrated with velvety texture and wonderful succulence. Cotes du Rhone St Michel AC This is a clear, bright and garnet coloured wine. It has concentrated fruity aromas of soft small red berries, with a hint of spices and liqourice. On the palate it is rich and soft but also with well balanced fruit. Fleurie Le Garnas Latour Deep red in colour with a clean and rounded bouquet of riped red fruits. Structured, balanced and quite sinewy on the finish. Morgon Les Corcelettes Garnet red in colour, ripe fruit aromas. In the mouth it is very round and fruit-forward.

France Red Wine Beaujolais Bichot AC Soft Beaujolais red made from the Gamay grape showing flavours of banana, cherry and bubble gum, silky soft finish. Chateau Preuillac Medoc 2009 Beautiful fruit purity, extremely racy, tight and focused, with compact, sweet fruit on the palate and vanilla oak fills out the finish. Stylish and well made Bordeaux wine. 90 Parker Points. Chateau Val D’or Saint Emillion Grand Cru 2002 A gold medal winning wine from the Saint Emillon Grand Cru appellation. The tannins have softened over time to give a wine of grand proportions with subtle flavours enhanced with age. A beautiful nose with cassis that follows through to the pallet. Best drunk with red meats and best to let this fine wine breath before drinking. Chateau Vieux Negrit From the right bank of the Garonne river in Bordeaux, the wine made up of 85 per cent Merlot displays a beautiful balance of ripe red fruit with some cedar tones and a touch of pepper. Domaine de Valmoissine Pinot Noir Louis Latour Lovely ruby red colour with garnet tints. It has an intense nose with aromas of morello cherries. Harmonious in the mouth with slightly young tannins. Wonderful balanced wine. Rare Vinyards Pinot Noir The Pinot Noir grapes come from vineyards located in the south-west of Languedoc Roussillon, close to the Pyrénées Mountains, about 30% of the blend is aged in French oak. The smooth, velvety palate shows cherry and blueberry flavours backed with a hint of sweet oak spice. Chateau Neuf Du Pape Reserve de Agrentiers Grenache makes up 65% of this blend with the remaining 35% made up of Syrah, Mourvedre and Cinsault. The grapes are hand harvested and following maceration, spend 6 months in oak. The wine has a complex bouquet with fruits and spices (thyme, rosemary and pepper) and a long, rewarding and silky finish. Chateau de la Ligne 2007 Made from the Merlot and Cabernet grapes, this wine has been aged in French & American oak barrels creating a delicious medium bodied, smooth tasting wine that exhibits a great depth of colour. The nose is of tobacco and spices with light oak, Blackberry and vanilla on the palate.

Germany White Wine Liebfraumilch QBA Light yellow, elegant, semi-sweet showing lemon sherbet characters and easy drinking. Piesporter Michelsberg Koenigs Cup Riesling and Muller-Thurgau grapes grown on the slate soils of the Mosel, skilfully blended to give a popular semi-sweet white. Fruity acidity rather than alcohol content gives these wines their backbone.

Italy White Wine Villa Serena Chardonnay IGT With a subtle fruity nose this Chardonnay has an extremely pleasant mouth feel. Dry and full bodied on the palate with a mellow velvety finish. Perfect for light first courses. Ca Del Lago Inzolia Sicilia IGT A light fruity wine from the sun drenched island of Sicily. The Inzolia grape produces dry yet fruity wines. Villa Serena Pinot Grigio IGT A mouth-watering and zingy Pinot Grigio that displays fresh aromas of green apple and spicy citrus fruits. The perfect blend of fruity undertones with a crisp, dry long lasting finish. Cortestrada Gargenga Pinot Grigio A careful and sympathetic blend of Italian grapes, giving the typical ample fruity bouquet associated with Veneto Pinot Grigio. Dry soft and well-balanced palate. Full body. Soave Terre di Passione Subtly straw yellow in colour, this dry white wine boasts lively aromas of green fruits followed by intense flavours of floral notes on the palate and a clean fresh aftertaste.

Italy White Wine Frascati Colle Fiorito From the Lazio region, this wine is produced from grapes skillfully fermented according to tradition. It has a brilliant straw colour, a distinctive fruity aromas and a dry velvety taste. Pinot Grigio Terre di Passione Straw yellow in appearance with lively green reflections. Well balanced with rich fruity aroma of green apples. Light bodied, this wine is fresh and crisp on the palate. Pinot Grigio San Giorgio A clean, crisp and particularly flavoursome Pinot Grigio from Venezie. Fuller in style than many and made by the famous Pasqua winery. Lugana Garda DOC Provenza Situated South of Lake Garda, the vineyard has the perfect micro climate to grow the Lugana grape. The wine has a delicate nose of soft fruits and green apples and this shines through to the palate. This is a balanced with good acidity and a lovely dry finish. Gavi di Gavi Conti Di Alari 100% Cortese. Straw yellow colour, fragrance of flowers and fruit with a hint of peach. Full and rich, soft and harmonious as a result of the complete ripening of the grapes.

Italy Rose Wine Ca Del Lago Merlot Rose IGT Made from Merlot grown in the north-east of Italy; red-fruits with a slightly sweet twist on the finish. Pinot Grigio Rose San Giorgio Refreshingly light, with crisp flavours of ripe summer berry fruits and balanced acidity. Villa Serena Pinot Grigio Rose An Italian favourite style wine with mouth-watering undertones of summer fruit flavours and a crisp clean palate. Excellent as an aperitif or with light summer salads. Chiaretto Rose Garda DOC Bright strawberry pink hue. Delicately aromatic with wild strawberry fruit characters. Light and crisp on the palate with ripe fruit balanced by tangy acidity.

Italy Red Wine Villa Serena Merlot IGT A well rounded, medium bodied soft wine that gives typical character of Merlot grapes. The wine is intense red in colour and boasts lively aromas of soft red berries and plum fruits. Ca Del Lago Cabernet Sauvignon Just a hint of Merlot is added to this soft, juicy fruited Cabernet Sauvignon to add depth to the flavour. Montepulciano D’Abruzzo San Giorgio Montepulciano from the east coast of Italy in the Abruzzo region offering smoky red fruit with soft tannins and a long finish. Chianti Vernaiolo DOCG Rocce delle Macie Bright, red-fruited with a ripe cherry centre, savoury tannins and a fresh, smooth, soft finish. Fresh, balanced and full bodied. Cortestrada Sangiovese IGT Sangiovese grapes from the Emilia-Romagna area give this wine warmth and depth with soft berry fruits and silky tannins on the finish. Chianti Classico Rocce Delle Macie Vibrant ruby red colour with a fruity nose producing hints of light spiciness released by the wood of the barrels. Savoury and full bodied with good aromatic persistency and good structure. Chianti Classico Riserva Rocce delle Macie Red in colour tending towards garnet, rich intense complex bouquet with a dry, soft gentle tannic taste with good structure. Barolo Franco Serra DOCG Barolo, one of the great wines of Italy, is produce from the Nebbiolo grape, which gives a wine of great body and character. Its rich, majestic style brings out the full flavour of red meats and game dishes.

Italy Red Wine Pasqua Passimento IGT This wine is from the heart of the Verona wine region. This region is famed for its Amarone delle Valpolicella but Passimento is a hidden gem. Made from partially dried grapes this is a rich robust red wine. Full bodied with Cherries and chocolate on the palate. Great structure, initially sweet on the palate but dry finish and with good length. Valpolicella Classico le Poesie It presents a ruby red colour of a medium intensity tending towards garnet with ageing. The fragrance is winey, with a pleasing, delicate and characteristic perfume sometimes recalling bitter almonds. The flavour is dry or velvety, full-bodied, bitter, savoury and harmonious. Montepulciano D’Abruzzo Zacchini Aromas of plums and ripe blackberries, each sip delivers a mouthful of ripe berries, leather and black pepper with subtle hints of oregano, dried herbs and a touch of vanilla leading to a dry supple finish. Amarone delle Valpoicella Carlo Zenegaglia This Amarone is full bodied and velvety smooth. It is characterised by its orange tinged deep red colour, its complex aromas of violets, raspberries and mint blossom. It is intense, powerful and mouth filling with velvety soft raisin like flavours. A wine to savour and spend time over.

New Zealand White Wine Riversdale Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc Delicious Marlborough Sauvignon, showing great acidity. Gooseberry, white peach grass and asparagus on the palate followed by fresh citrus lemon on the finish. Frog Haven Pinot Gris A rich, weighty and yet easy drinking style of Pinot Gris with elegance and complexity. A smooth palate, great texture and a nice rounded middle with great length and finish. Essenze Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc This Sauvignon Blanc shows the steely, mineral and stony characteristics of the Marlborough region. Nice white peach and necterine aromas provide a full palate and lingering finish. 18

New Zealand Red Wine Neptune Point Marlborough Pinot Noir Medium dry Rose with a juicy palate and a pleasant hint of summer fruits. Frog Haven Marlborough Pinor Noir Showing clear and decisive varietal character, firm on the palate with cherries and red fruits on the finish.

South Africa White Wine Cape Marlin Chenin Blanc Great Chenin Blanc, honest up front fruit, clean acidity and lovely balance with a pleasant finish. Kleindal Chenin Blanc Up front Chenin Blanc from the Robertson region of South Africa. Bright appearance, with a heady nose of stone fruit and honey developing into a palate of apricots and honey with a touch of sweetness making the palate more accessible. Kleindal Sauvignon Blanc With characteristic gooseberry grassy notes, this full and elegant dry Sauvignon has a lovely mouth feel and a long finish. Kleindal Muscat Columbard (Bouquet Blanc) From Robertson, this wine has a muscat- scented, highly aromatic nose with a subtle spicy palate showing medium acidity with generous fruit backed by a long finish.
