Dr. Leonard Dimitri DaSilva, Founder and Chief of Neurology, has worked in emergency teleneurology for over 7 years. Former director of neurology at Specialists On Call for 4 years, he helped guide and establish the service, working closely with hospitals from Stroke Ready Critical Access facilities, through Primary Stroke Centers to Comprehensive Stroke Centers. He has helped many hospitals improve and establish their stroke services with the help and support of emergency teleneurology. Dr. DaSilva has performed more than 15,000 telemedicine consultations - over 10,000 of those were stroke and more than 1000 involved recommendations for IV TPA administration. Dr. DaSilva graduated from the University of Texas – Houston Neurology residency as Chief Resident in 2001, followed by a fellowship in Neurophysiology at the same institution in 2002. From 1999-2002, he was Chief Fellow at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center Critical Care Unit. In 1997, Dr. DaSilva completed his Internal Medicine Residency in Bethlehem, PA. He also obtained his board certification in Internal Medicine the same year. He was co-director of Lehigh University Health Center until 1998 and after Neurology residency and fellowship joined Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare in Florida and helped established one of the first Primary Stroke Centers in the state in 2005. He left his practice in 2010 to dedicate full-time to teleneurology practice. He is board certified in both Neurology and Vascular Neurology. In 2013, Dr. DaSilva obtained his MBA from George Washington University.

Gary H. Belt, MD Dr. Belt graduated from Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York, N.Y. He completed a residency and internship in in Internal Medicine at Rhode Island Hospital in Providence, R.I. Dr. Belt also completed a residency in neurology at The Mount Sinai Hospital in New York, N.Y. He is board certified in Neurology, Vascular Neurology and Clinical Neurophysiology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Dr. Belt is currently the attending neurologist for General Neurology and Stroke Services at Overlook Medical Center in New Jersey.

Sebina Bulic, MD Dr. Sebina Bulic graduated from the School of Medicine at the University of Belgrade in Serbia in 1995. After completing medical school, Dr. Bulic worked as an emergency room physician at Domovi Zdravlja in Podgorica, Montenegro. She then worked as a Staff Registered Vascular Technologist at Glendale Adventist Hospital in Glendale, California and in the same position at USC in Los Angeles, California. She completed an internship in Internal Medicine as well as a residency in Neurology at SUNY Downstate in Brooklyn, New York. Following her residency, she completed a fellowship In Vascular Neurology at USC. Dr. Bulic is currently a fellow in Neuro-critical Care at USC. Vindodh T. Doss, DO

Dr. Vinodh T. Doss graduated from Edward Via Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Blacksburg, Virginia. He completed his Internship in Internal Medicine at Virginia Tech-Carilion Clinic and a Residency in Neurology at the Medical College of VA Hospital/Virginia Commonwealth University Health System. Dr. Doss also completed a Fellowship in Vascular Neurology at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center as well as a Fellowship in Endovascular Surgical Neuroradiology from the Semmes-Murphey Clinic/UTHSC in Memphis, TN.
