Cost is : $39 per month A MEMBER’S RESPONSIBILITIES The enjoyment of golf depends a great deal on the cooperation, consideration and courtesy exhibited by fellow players. This courtesy and consideration should extend to the choice of dress and generally in the standard of conduct on the Course and in the Clubhouse. ETIQUETTE OF GOLF The lowest marker of each group of players is responsible for the observance of the following: •

Immediately a ball is lost and a search commenced, call following players through and do not continue play until such players have passed and are out of range. Call ups are not allowed on any part of Lowood Course. No one should move, talk or stand close to or directly behind the ball or hole when a player is addressing the ball or making a stroke. Slow players who fall at least one fairway behind the preceding group MUST call following players through. Walk briskly between shots. Pick up your ball when strokes expended. Players should leave the putting green immediately play of the hole has been completed. Mark your scorecard while on the next tee. Replace divots and smooth out bunkers. Do not play any shots until players are out of range.
In taking practice swings, players should avoid causing damage to the course, particularly trees and by removing divots.

NEW MEMBERS Sponsors of new members are expected to introduce them to committee and other members. They should ensure that new members are aware of all the rules governing the conduct of the Club. A new member will be eligible to play in competitions after he has been allotted a handicap. A handicap will be allocated after three cards have been submitted. A handicap round may be completed any time, provided the score card is signed by a marker (member). COMPLAINTS All complaints about the course or the staff must be made to the Secretary of the Club. All complaints are to be submitted in writing and must be signed.

CONDITIONS OF COMPETITIVE PLAY The Rules of Golf, Local Rules and By-Laws of the Club are the Rules of Play. •

To be eligible to nominate for any Club Championship event, all members must return 3 single event competition cards on this course in the current year. Competition/Green Fees must be paid for all competitions including all Honour Board events. Non-financial members are not eligible to play in competitions. No player is eligible to win more than one major trophy in an event. A score card incorrectly marked or not signed by the player and marker is subject to disqualification. The Match Committee may alter a result but cannot alter a stroke score. It is the responsibility of the Player to ensure his correct handicap is on the score card. Ties in Championships will be decided by a sudden death play-off. Ties in all club competitions, except Championships, will be decided on a count back. PGM AWARD
(Sponsored by Peter & Gloria Molloy) This Ladies Attendance Award
commences Wednesday 10 February 2016 and will be finalised Wednesday 16 November 2016. It is open to all lady players with a current GA Handicap, who compete in any club single event held on a Wednesday and points will be awarded to each player. 1st place will receive 20 points, 2nd place 15 points and 3rd place 10 points. All other players competing on the day will receive 5 points for attendance. Points will be totalled at conclusion of the competition and the player with most points will be presented with a Gift/Visa card to value of $500. In the event of a tie then the player having played the most games will be declared winner. 14
