Jurisdiction: Texas Project Name: Sweetwater Wind Farm

Project Description: The Sweetwater Wind Farm is located near Abilene in Sweetwater, Texas and is the second largest wind farm in Texas with a current maximum capacity of 585 MW. The wind farm began operation on June 9, 2008. It consists of at least 135 Mitsubishi 1 MW wind turbines and 77 Siemens 2.3 MW wind turbines. Just Energy acquired 15,000 Renewable Energy Credits from the Sweetwater 5 facility to offset the carbon emissions related to power production at Super Bowl XLV events in Arlington in 2011.

Jurisdiction: New Hampshire Project Name: Franklin Falls Dam

Project Description: Franklin Falls is located on the Salmon North River, New York and is owned by Erie Boulevard Hydropower LP. Its capacity is approximately 5 MW.

4

Jurisdiction: New York Project Name: Oswegatchie

Project Description: The Oswegatchie Development is owned by Erie Boulevard Hydropower, LP and is located at river mile 86.6 of the Oswegatchie River. It has an installed capacity of 2 MW.

5

Jurisdiction: New York Project Name: Salmon River Project

Project Description:

The Salmon River Project has an average annual generation of 144,690 MW. The project consists of a 31.5 MW installed capacity point at Bennetts Bridge and a 8.2 MW installed capacity point at Lighthouse Hill. The Bennetts Bridge Development consists of a concrete gravity dam/intake and two earthen dikes that form the six-mile long Salmon River Reservoir (also referred to as: Stillwater, Redfield, or Bennetts Bridge Reservoir). The nearly 2-mile long penstock conveys water to a powerhouse containing four horizontal generating units. Water is released into a 950-foot-long tailrace channel that enters the Lighthouse Hill Reservoir.

Jurisdiction: Manitoba (interconnected with Ontario) Project Name: St-Léon Windfarm

Project Description: St. Leon Wind Energy is a 99 MW wind farm located approximately 150 kilometres southwest of Winnipeg in the town of St. Leon Manitoba. It is the first of its kind in the Province of Manitoba and one of the largest wind energy developments in Canada. St. Leon Wind Energy utilizes 63 1.65 MW Vestas V82 Wind Turbine-Generators. The arctic model is in use to accommodate Manitoba’s winter climate. The turbines stand 80 metres tall, with a rotor diameter of 82 metres. Each turbine assembly weighs approximately 220 tonnes. A single wind turbine-generator can generate up to 1.65 MW of power, with maximum capacity produced when wind speeds reach ten metres per second. The turbines start generating at a minimum wind speed of three metres per second, always turning at 14.4 rpm. A 99 MW wind farm is capable of powering approximately 41,000 homes. All output is EcoLogo TM certified.

Jurisdiction: Alberta Project Name: Taylor Coulee Hydro Facility

Project Description: Taylor Coulee Chute is a 13 MW hydro facility in southern Alberta commissioned in 2000 which outputs to the Alberta Electric System Operator. Taylor uses diversion flow from the Taylor Coulee Chute irrigation canal to generate during the sixmonth irrigation season from May to October. The output from Taylor Coulee is EcoLogo TM certified.

8

Jurisdiction: Ontario Project Name: Robert A. Dunford Generating Station

Project Description: The 45 MW R.A. Dunford generating station, located approximately 4 kilometres upstream of Scott Falls, and 6 kilometres downstream of McPhail, is the second of four power stations on the Michipicoten River. Commissioned in April 2003, the project’s headworks consist of twin steel penstocks, a gated intake structure, power canal and a 14 metre high, five bay spillway structure.

9

Jurisdiction: Ontario Project Name: Scott Falls Generating Station

Project Description: The Scott Falls generating station is the lowest of the four power stations on the Michipicoten River, which flows into Lake Superior ten miles downstream. It has an installed capacity of 22 MW and is considered to be a run-of-river operation.

10

Jurisdiction: Ontario Project Name: Mission Station

Project Description: The Mission generating station is the lowest of three similar power stations on the Magpie River and it has an installed capacity of 16 MW. The site was developed for electricity generation in 1990 by diverting the flow in the Magpie River away from a set of waterfalls by means of a small overflow weir.
