Camps International

This is the fourth year of our partnership with Camps International, which specialises in offering current Year 10 students the opportunity to spend a month living and working in a local community the summer they leave school. Students must raise the money for their trip over 18 to 24 months, and this fundraising is a key part of the experience. A teacher travels with the students (this may be a teacher from another School). In 2013 the location was Borneo, while in 2014 and 2015 it was Cambodia. In 2016 we are going to Ecuador and Galapagos and will possibly be returning there in 2017. The photos above show the village and school children from Beng Mealea school in Borneo. 

Students must be aged 16 at the time the trip takes place.

Vaccinations are required (this is an additional cost)

For more information on the 2017 trip, students should register interest with Miss Hall, International Coordinator.
