So it is, Amen Chakra Balance Meditation Begin with relaxation breaths Create a safe place with protective white light Begin the chakra balancing meditation I. Root Bring your awareness to the Root Chakra located at the base of the spine. Imagine a vibrant red vortex swirling around your Root Chakra. Continue to be mindful of your breath while the red vortex goes around and around. Feel your connection to the earth. “I am grounded to Mother Earth and connected to all life around me” Give as much pause as needed II. Sacral Move up to the Sacral Chakra located below the belly button. Bring your vortex of color to this area and change it from red to a stunning bright orange. Remember to breathe while you are swirling orange around your Sacral Chakra. “My creativity flows so that I touch everyone with my love of life.” Give as much pause as needed III. Solar Plexus Move up to the Solar Plexus Chakra located above the belly button. Change the orange vortex of color to a beautiful sun kissed yellow. Continue to swirl and feel the warmth of the yellow around your Solar Plexus Chakra. “I claim my personal power and trust my inner knowing.” Give as much pause as needed IV. Heart
Move to your Heart Chakra. Let the yellow turn to a radiant green and imagine a beautiful vortex swirling around your Heart Chakra. State, “I am a channel for Universal love” Give as much pause as needed V. High Heart Bring your awareness to your High Heart Chakra located between the heart and throat chakras. Imagine a beam of turquoise light going directly into the High Heart. Allow yourself to feel the vibration of this chakra. “I now open and balance my High Heart Chakra so that I may accept my soul’s true path.” Repeat, Give as much pause as needed. VI. Throat Move up to the Throat Chakra. Let the vortex of color move up as well. Change the radiant green to the most perfect blue that you can imagine. Let it envelop your Throat Chakra. “I speak my own truths, my words do not harm.” Give as much pause as needed. VII. Third Eye Move up to the 3rd Eye Chakra located in the center of your forehead. Change the blue vortex of color to a deeper and richer indigo blue. Feel the power that this color gives “I open my inner eye to be aware of all things that are seen and unseen. Give as much pause as needed. VIII. Crown Raise your vortex to the area at the crown or your head. Swirl the brightest violet color around your Crown Chakra. Feel your connections to the heavens. “I am connected to all the is” Give as much pause as needed Sit for a moment and allow yourself to feel the perfect chakra alignment that you have created. Envision a multi colored whirlpool of red, orange, yellow, green, turquoise, blue, indigo and violet swirling around you. You are in perfect harmony and balance. Give as much pause as needed. HOW TO GIVE THE INFINATE BLESSING TO SOMEONE Assume a Prayerful Pose and Recite:
Holy Spirit, stir me; Holy Spirit, move me; Holy Spirit, fill me; Holy Spirit seal me. Bless in me Your Heart and Will, O Divine Mother/Father God. Create in me the ability to give this Infinite Blessing. Seal my soul as Your own, that Your reflection in me may be a light for all to see. So it is, Amen. Without touching the person who is receiving the blessing, place your hands around their shoulders. Tune into the energy of the Holy Spirit and imagine you and the recipient are surrounded by the loving light and recite: “I now bless you with the power of the Holy Spirit. May it be your source and the force behind everything in your life.” Feel your heart connection with them and move your hands up over to the top of their head. Funnel the energy from the Holy Spirit from your hands into the recipient. When you feel it is completed, move hands back down to the shoulders as you release the energy. When you are finished with giving blessings, thank the Holy Spirit for the opportunity to share the Infinite Blessing.

So it is, Amen HOW TO MAKE HOLY WATER To be made during the Full Moon Phase § 1 pint jar filled with purified water or reverse osmosis water

½ tsp of rose water concentrate ½ tsp sea salt or Kosher salt in a small glass bowl Glass stirrer Cleanse and sterilize the glassware to be used. Prepare a sacred space. Be in a spiritual frame of mind. Take five or six deep breaths to relieve the stress of the day. Place yourself in a golden-white light of protection.
§ BLESSING OF THE HOLY WATER 1. Add the rose water concentrate to the purified water in pint jar. Pick up the jar of water, hold it up as if offering to the Universe and say: “In my hands I hold the essence of Mother/Father God. I hereby cleanse and consecrate this water to Divinity that it may be used for positive acts only.” Feel the energy of Spirit pulsate down into the water. Imagine a silver light descending from the heavens and infusing the water. 2. Set the water down. Pick up the bowl of salt, hold it up as if offering to the Universe and say: “In my hands I hold the essence of Mother Earth; she whose bounty sustains all living creatures. I hereby consecrate this salt to Divinity that it may be used for positive acts only.” As with the water, imagine the energy of Spirit empowering the salt. 3. Pour the salt into the water, and stir clockwise until dissolved. Hold it up as if offering to the Universe and say: “May this salt and water be mixed together. It is consecrated to Divinity that it may be used for positive acts only.” 4. Set the water down, place your hands over the water. Feel the power and energy flow from your hands to the water. When you feel the energy begin to dissipate, slowly lower your hands and say: “This liquid is now pure and dedicated to Mother/Father/God. It is free from all negativity in any time and any space. So it is, Amen.”
5. Place lid on pint jar and set out under the full moon overnight. Store in refrigerator for up to one month.
