Our range of lubrication equipment is divided into two ranges of products: ‘Oil’ & ‘Grease’ dispensing equipment for the distribution of grease, oil and others fluids like diesel fuel, Urea and waste oil suction units/drainers for waste oil collection. These systems can be equipped complete with trolley, fitted to drums, or can be supplied to be installed in centralized systems combined with hose-reels and metered nozzles. Air-Operated Oil Pumps - Faicom The heavy duty pneumatic 4:1 series pumps are suitable for transferring medium viscosity oil, (engine oil, hydraulic), at a medium distance and the 6:1 series pumps are suitable for transferring high viscosity oil, (differential and gearbox oils). The DPM series offer high flow performances making them especially suitable for centralised installations combined with hose reels and when different points of delivery have to work at the same time. Available with different suction pipe lengths and ideal for application on trolleys or wall mounted and tank installations. The pneumatic double-cylinder motor besides its compact size and sturdiness, offers a simple mechanical construction as well as a good functionality.

Air-Operated Oil Pump Kits These kits are suitable for the transfer of oil from 205ltr drums and can vary for the pump, chosen according to the fluid density. These kits come in three different options depending on your application: Wall Kit: Includes Pump, Wall bracket, Suction Hose, Suction Pipe and delivery hose, (Picture on page 4) Drum Kit: Includes Pump and delivery hose. Trolley Kit: Includes Pump, Delivery Hose and Drum Trolley. (Picture on this page) The sturdy trolley with four large wheels is arranged for the installation of any hose reel with 10m and15m hose length Remember to add your choice of dispensing nozzle Options include the standard manual on/off nozzle along with the metered version for accurate measurement of dispensed product and then the ‘Pre-set’ model for setting predetermined quantities.
